I purchased a product and paid for it 60 rupees. But due to out of stock the order was cancelled on 26. But they didnt informed me from their side through any official mail or messege. I call them around 6times. They ensure me everytime that we will take your messege higher authority and grant the refund but no conformation mail has been received till now. So please take a initial step about this refund process....

The gastroentrologist dr. K. J. Somasekhar rao has given some prescription of medicines. But there was not full course available at appolo pharmacy jubilee hills. I requested the appolo medical shop representative near to my house at miyapur to make arrange to bring the medicines by putting order. But the medical shop owner denied to give order. Therefore, it is requested to take action against the owner of medical shop....

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Apollo Products

The issue that I have experienced was: I have been cheated and harassed by your pharmacy in Kasturi Nagar, banaswadi, Bangalore while purchasing VYSOV M 50MG/500MG TAB revised printed price 210. The sales person refused to give me the medicine on MRP and tried to strike me physically when I insisted on fair practice and took a picture of the tablet strip. I am your regular customer and demand strict action with information to me. I am taking up this matter with the drug controller of India as well.

It occurred on: 31/12/2019

I should be given compensation and an apology. Action be taken against the employees with information to me.

I have been trying to get blood glucose monitoring strips for the machine model RA1002.
Which I have purchased 1 year back and could not get the testing strips in the market .
I have spent quite enough time roaming around the Apollo stores near my area.
I am not able to get the strips suitable for the machine which i have purchased from apollo store.

Hi i am bharath kumar... Recently (Last week) i went apollo pharmacy (Newly opened near my house) to buy some over the counter medicine for my mom. After ordering medicine he billed rs20.. When i am ready for payment he changed the price to rs23.
When i asked him about the price change... He said you are paying with card so price is different... And in the same shop... When ever i asked for invoice... He always say... Printer not working......

I am a regular customer to this apollo pharmacy near my house at gs palya, konappana agrahara, electronics city, bangalore 560100 and so have accumulated few oneapollo points.

Today, i purchased a medicine worth rs.60 so used these points and when i asked for the bill they said since i didn’t make any payment from my end so no bill. Why is it so, what logic is it? See bill is for my records. This outlet always has proper with alternate payment methods. As a customer we get to see double standards. When i questioned then they try to stop us saying don’t talk such logics. This is not my first issue with this outlet. I have experienced such issue before too.
Is it not a customers right to get the bill for every transaction, it should be given even before customer asks for but here even after asking they get angry and give baseless reasons so i have to fight to get my bill.

My order id[protected] was ordered on 12th dec and till today i. E. 21st december i have not received the medicines. On checking with the customer care, they told me that medicines were marked as delivered, but i have not recd the medicines. Also the "track your order" does not show any details. I have called the customer care almost 10 times and everytime they say that backend team has not responded.
This is heights of deficiency in...

As i know that appolo pharmacy is 24 hours medical services, but i didn't find it so. Today in the early morning i have an urgency of a medicine, i tried for many branches but i didn't saw any appolo pharmacy as opened for 24 hours. Y can't you open it for 24 hours.
The location is alwal, temple alwal, near father balaiah colony. I had a good impression on apollo in previous but where as at present developing state hyderabad, i didn't find any medical pharmacy, a medicine can save a life and makes a person stable at that worst situation.

I have ordered baby best diaper through ask apollo app on nov 30th 2019. Still now the are not ready to deliver the order also i asked for the cancellation and refund the money. Since 15 day i am asking for the refund, in all the call they saying it will be processed but nothing happening.
Please dont order anything in ask apollo app. It is fraud app....

I bought two packs of augmentin duo 625 mg from apollo pharmacy, sector 37, lal market, noida, uttar pradesh, india. O 17-dec-19 mornng i fear that they are fake as it is not giving any relief to both me and my husband.in fact our cough is getting bad from worse even after taking 3 day dosage.
It is very distressing that we cant trust a reputed pharmacy

I had ordered the safi 500ml syrup and even paid it via paytm and from the last 7 days, my order is still on processing, i don't know what is happening. It seems that they have just engulfed my money and they are not even going to deliver the product or even return the money. This pharmacy and its working seems to be fake and i am never going to order from it in ever....

My order was delivered on 28/11/19 (delivery man [protected] ), But there was only 12 cartridges delivered to me when I was checked after received my order.i was just called to deliver man he said to me that my order was only for 12 cartridges, I said don’t make me fool I will send you order details and I do that same, he told me that he should called next day and they promise me to solve this issue, but on 29/11/19 send m 327.6 Rupees through Paytm .
I again called them to why you send me that money which was not sufficient it should be 510*3 cartridges =1530 rupees.
I received a call from [protected], he told me
we can’t cancle the order bcz you received that some amount into your account, but it was not needed I need my rest 3 cartridges or 1530 rupees, not 327.6 rupees which was not sufficient or it was done intentionally bcz they were in fault, bcz it their fault, if they should not delivered my whole order, then they should refund my whole amount which was 7650 rupees, so sir /madam please solve this issue or I will go through customer court for that matter @bcz they did this intentionally and try to hide their fault.
Am send you screenshots for order or that’s chiller amount 327.6 rupee .

Yesterday i visited a apollo pharmacy and i said i want blood purifier and they gave me Ayurvedic liquid bottle and that time i didn’t see what is that, i take three times of that medicine and today morning i saw they give me women medicine when women having a period and my stomach is paining. i want to complain against that men and they said apollo didn’t give any complain register or feedback register

The order was confirmed and i even paid for the product *apollo pharmacy super fresh gel toothpaste actifresh peppermint 80g* total 6 for the above product through the online servicing portal. The amount was deducted from my debit card as well. And now it has been more than a week i am constantly calling the customer care for the delivery details but are unable to process my request. I am greatly disappointed with the services and without further ado i would like my money to be refunded as soon as possible. Please do the needful at the earliest.

I was purchased a medicine, the name of DEPLATT 75 mg but I need DEPLATT A 75 mg . That's why, When I was going to shop for exchange my medicine with proper INVOICE they totally refused my proposal. They told me that we are not given to you any medicine or refund a money.

Apollo pharmacy staff behaviour is soo bad.
