I have received the call from Axis bank on 31st Dec regarding Myzone Credit card & initially I decided not to take but the agent motivated & for her benefit she motivated me more for the enrollment. I have enrolled in the Axis bank application & she applied for the credit card but she has send to wrong address & after some days when the card received at wrong address I asked delivery partner to return it back as I was not in that location. So post that again I called to axis bank tollfree number & asked them to send the credit card to correct address & address also provided & after some hours the card dispatched again to the wrong address & I called 2nd time to axis bank agent & at that time the agent motivated me for debit card upgradation & asked me to upgrade it. He take a conference to an number & asked me to acknowledge by pressing 1 . When I pressed "1" the IVR told It will deduct Rs.884 from my account. I asked the agent about that & he told it will get deduct & I was in the pressure for wrong address credit card dispatch hence I didn't concentrate on that more & the agent transferred the call to credit card department. I spoke to the credit card department agent & he assured me the credit card will go to the correct address this time. Post that also I have seen the card out for delivery to wrong address. I stopped thinking about credit card as nobody is listening about my concern & AXIS bank agent only looking for their benefit. Post that for the upgraded debit card request I called again on th same day after 15min gap to the customer care again but they denied to cancel the request & asked to debit Rs. 884 from my account.

The whole process of debit card upgradation was motivated by the agent & the term & condition also told by him by in clearly even in between the IVR call also he disturbed & which I was unable to hear on call. The debit card was not dispatched at that time but still they have not cancelled my request & now AXIS bank forcing me to take the upgraded debit card & already Rs.884.36 debited from my account. I need my money back on this.

    On Dated 18 Jan-23 a amount of Rs 4372.73 was deducted from my account with the description mentioned in the complaint subject. please, I need to know the complete details about the details of deduction and along with that I need to refunf my back in my account.

    Description of the message is BRN-PYMT-CARD-[protected] and I have registered mail id [protected]@gmail.com

      Hi I am Jyothi I have cleared all my dues on 20/12/2018 but till now the written off was not removed from my CIBIL I Have applied for a personal loan and the application got rejected because of this credit card written off issue My credit card no.       I used Axis bank debit card at Navi Mumbai petrol pump for filling petrol in car on[protected] and after 2 days I got message that Rs 23 deducted towards ptl/scg.visa.pos.

      Why this charges are getting deducted for using debit card at petrol pump?
      Are you advocating to not to use debit card at Petrol pump? There was no communication or information send to me that such charges will be deducted...

      I purchased a train tkt online directly from Irctc on 14th Jan 23, and paid by my Axis bank debit card. On 16th Jan 0025 hrs I am informed that additional
      rs 54.43 has been debited from my account, without my authorisation.
      How is this possible. I have paid FULL ticket charge. Please reimburse the money immediately thanks

          Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned thrice in the statement like TIPS/SCG/NON MCC/11.01.23... .While making the payment to various vendors I was charged already with extra fees while swiping the card at various points then why after few days I am being charged extra. Am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card. you guys charging all sort of sevice charge, atm usage charge, quarterly charge etc etc from use without fail, including all this charge this hidden changers.
          I want to know about it as well as get the refund.

            I just want to know why every month the consolidation charge is being deducted from my account. It should be deducted annualy. I had raised a compliant on this, again and again i can not compliant. Kindly stop all this nonsense in this pandemic.

              Dear Sir,
              I have sending you the complaint of the two Fraudulent transactions which were held on 25-Dec-2022 one of Rs.2, 000/- on UPI ID [protected]@axl (Jasmin Javid Nadaf) and second on Rs.18, 000/- on UPI ID [protected]@axisbank (Rupesh Chouhan). Both of the Transactions are incorrect because Three Fake IDS of Telegram wrongly invested my money through UPI transactions regarding the You tube Membership and Partnership. Also tell me that this money will returned back after some time when money was not getting back to me then I came to know that I was frauded by Online Scammers. I made this complaint to cyber crime also as well as with Axis Bank but still not appropriate result comes for their end as of now more than 7 days are gone so I need your help to recover the amount. I have proof of two transactions on these UPI ids also.

                      I have made a merchant payment via UPI from my ICICI BANK ACCOUNT and money is not deposited into merchant's account.

                      I got the details from my bank and amount was deposited into some AXIS BANK ACCOUNT

                        Without my knowledge the charges are getting deducted from axis Bank. Recently amount got deducted as it says TIPS/SCG/MCC .
                        Request you to look into this matter. It's a serious issue. Happening with many customers.
                        Also initiate my refund ASAP within 07 days. Otherwise will file a FIR against this and will make sure to seue in court.

                          I am having an account in Axis Bank Surendranagar branch with Cust. ID[protected]. And from my end my registered email ID is asha.[protected]@yahoo.com and registered mobile number is [protected]. For Cust. ID[protected], all credit/debit transaction even OTP I have received on my mobile number [protected]. But not received any sms regarding updating of profile and block the account from your end. Snapshot of the received SMS in [protected] is attached for reference.

                          I have not requested to any updation of email ID/mobile number to axis bank and no any reference ID generated from axis. Copy of the report downloaded from axis app. is attached herewith for reference. After so many complaints not resolved by Axis bank and also axis bank replied wrong registered email ID: [protected]@GMAIL.COM and wrong mobile number:[protected]. This is not pertaining to me for my account Cust. ID.[protected].
                          This is cant acceptable at all. How can I accept this ????????
                          Who was linked the other details with this account with Cust. ID[protected] without my authorization???? As mentioned in your site “Any transaction in the account that was not authorized directly by the card / account holder is considered to be a fraudulent transaction.” In this way it’s a matter of fraud.
                          Due to fault and failure to give proper services by axis bank, my respect in the society is being eroded by the return of the cheque; and financial loss; it is only due to the axis bank. Who is responsible for that??????????
                          I request you to investigate on this matter as soon as possible and resolve the issue

                            Hi Team,
                            I am a manual tester and as I was going through the application, I found a bug so wanted to let your team know about it.

                            While CONFIRM PAY during the payment of credit card bill

                            The Mpin module and the and the keyboard just overlap with each other so the user is not able to check whether the pin is entered or not.

                            It is a major issue from UI perspective,
                            Please look into this.

                              I have applied for an Axis bank select card after getting a promotional email from the bank. i applied all the KYC, and everything went well. But they replied and denied the card approval with the below email.

                              "We have reviewed your card application, and as per our internal policy, we cannot process your request at this stage."

                              it looks like a vague process and reply, as I hold quite a good financial status. CIBIL is 789. What is the internal reason, it is funny, but I am not sure if I have any personal dispute with Axis.

                              I think I am fulfilling all the criteria to get the card, and I don't think any reason can be internal in it, but they do not share any reason to get it even.

                              I am quite sure I will not recommend Axis bank ever to any of my knowledge, i have closed my account as well because it looks like they are not professional at all. and yes, I am still healthy, wealthy, and without an Axis card. haha

                                  i apply a lap loan from axis bank we got 2 sanction letters from bank, and said us to submit all orignal documents to bank and they transfer amount within 3 days . but after submit full documents we are looking many officers and dse for our current status but they dont respond us properly,
                                  we already pay many types of fees for it,
                                  now i request bank to close my file refund my money and return my all orignal documents because i am harrased by bank employees as we as dsa .
                                  i dont find any resolve after mailed to nodal officer and no relible response from bank officers
                                  these type of officers give a bad mark on bank name
