Dear sir,
Again myself & family members facing same issue, again axis bank staff violating guidelines, they are continuously calling 20 times per day to my wife mobile & to mother number. Again they called our local ward member to visit my home. I had already informed my situation, today i had called back to bank staff & i had told pls stop harassing family members, he told either u do a one-time settlement or we continue calling ur family members he says. its very bad experience facing continuously. number received from nos
1. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. So i need a permanent solution. my mother is aged & she is a patient, if axis bank executive continously hiring local ward members for loan recovery to my home its illegal procedure and its 4th time this attempt done from axis bank staff, if i am not getting a permnent solution to this mail. they are continously violating the rbi rules by informing & sending to local ward members to home. Which very much effecting to my family members. I am kindly waiting for your reply..

    Deducted my money from my bank account

    Dear bank,
    you deducted my money from my bank account the amount is 750rs and your didn't refund my money this is not it's my salary account and if the account is converted into saving it's your duty to inform me and you didn't inform me and my money is deducted so I request you please refund my money bank this money is not yours.

      Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned MANY TIMES in the statement like TIPS/SCG/NON MCC/... .While making the payment to various vendors I was charged already with extra fees while swiping the card at various points then why after few days I am being charged extra. why you guys charge me for using debit card. you guys charging all sort of sevice charge, atm usage charge, quarterly charge etc etc from use without fail, including all this charge this hidden changers.
      I want to know about it as well as get the refund.

        I just want to know why every month the consolidation charge is being deducted from my account. It should be deducted annualy. I had raised a compliant on this, again and again i can not compliant. Kindly stop all this nonsense in this pandemic.

                  Your axis bank Sector-9 Gurgaon branch staff is very rude and not willing people to come in, they don’t want anyone to attend, I visitedd at branch on my account Freez issues and they don’t want to help in this, even mailed by my home branch bank for address verification but they haven’t done this in last 3 days, they just said they missed this, I am having only single account and just think w/o money how Can I survive in this world, this is pathetic experience i have ever from any customer service industry where people don’t want customers to come in .. pls remove your tag line from branch Dil se Welcome if your people don’t want people to come in, especially both the female sitting at from area chair having ego issue .. pls resolve My issue account is still Freez,

                      I have a complaint related to Loans specific to Personal Loans for which I have an issue with Preclosure and Part Payments. My Axis personal loan account no is PPR[protected].

                      Recently I had done a part payment of 11 lakhs in Chennai, Medavakkam branch towards the above said loan and as advised by the branch person, Visited Tambaram loan center on 30012023 to enquire about the revised EMI and tenure details.

                      The bank official told me that the paid part payment is currently in unadjusted state and If I foreclose the loan after the 13 EMIs paid, there won’t be any charges. So, I decided to foreclose the loan and asked them to reverse the paid amount 11 lakhs to my loan repayment account.

                      I have been asked to write a letter to send back the money to loan repayment account and I will foreclose next month. Kindly find the copy of the letter submitted in load center for your reference.

                      But to my surprise, I got call and SMS that paid amount is adjusted towards the loan without my knowledge. This is not agreed. I need my money back. Need all your help.

                        Without my permission some amount is getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like TIPS/SCG/MCC/29/1/23... .This is a salary account and what is the benefit o[censored]sing this account for transaction, why you people are charge me for G pay based transactions. you are already charging a lot of service charge, atm usage charge, quarterly charge etc etc.It is a hard earn money i dont want to give up single penny out of it for your mistakes. Please refund back my money at the earliest.

                          The worst bank I've ever opened. My account Axis Bank they deduct consolidation charges and gst first in December and now in January. After saveral complaints and calls no resolution from their side. I'm done with this bank and never suggested it for anyone.

                              Money deducted from my axis bank debit card

                              Hello there

                              I Received SMS from AXIS BANK that RS-1399/- has been deducted from my debit card for ONE ASSIST SERVICES without my permission. I didnt get any mail from one assist ever regarding any service nor have i added my bank details there. This type o[censored]se of my card by the company is really a criminal act.

                              Please deactivate my service or whatsoever and refund my money ASAP

                              I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My Credit card number is [protected]. I recently received a loan bill of amount Rs.200000

                              This is to inform you that I cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                              I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, I shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                              I am ready to settle this as soon as I get the confirmation from your side.

                                We have not received our online banking for more than two months gone. All time new date with a new excuse. No one has responsibility they were happy in opening the account but did not serve customers.
