This is with reference to above subject myself mr. Keshavrao raghunath pund, we had took agricultural loan amount rupees 13, 77, 000 in 2009 from axis bank, lasalgaon, maharashtra. We have cleared the total amount rupees 16, 00, 000 on august 2014. Bank has given noc for the settlement in hard copy to us.

In february 2017 the bank lien marked my account and locked around 6000/- rs without any information. I called customer care & got an answer that bank sent me sms about it (Wrong information) & the lien will be removed automatically on third saturday (Wrong information). My name is asiya. I am using axis credit card since july 2017. Bank is charging interest on the whole of the amount after due date even if i pay partial due amount within the due date. Why should a customer pay the interest which already has been returned to the bank. This is happening in every statement though its been hardly a month. Its been a long time since my account is getting debited like in the subject line. This is not acceptable. By asking the phone banking service they are directing me to vendor, by asking the vendor, they are refusing that this amount has not been debited to their account. Now please tell me where has this amount gone.

It will take a serious escalation if i don't get proper response from your end. Let me know where is the below...

I have a credit card with axis bank. I have an emi on the card for 18k for 6 months. When i received statement for may, i have 2 emis in a single bill for same amount.in case if i didn't check, i might have ended up paying the incorrectly generated bill. Upon complaining, they told they would resolve within 24 hours. 3 days passed and no action yet... Disgusting axis service....

Iam chethana n s having saving a/c in axis bank, koramangala branch.. i made a transaction of 1000/-rs form atm, but i got nothing instead of actual amount. my a/c is deducted from 1000/-rs. i don't know what problem behind this, but i know well its was not my mistake.

I have received a call from Axis Bank yesterday. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my Axis Master Card ending with 7359. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1799 for the same.
Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My relationship no. is 189779. I am waiting for confirmation of delation of this service and also refund the money @1799....

I have opened an axis bank saving account to pay emi with zero balance account. While opening the account i have informed that no minimum balance is required until i have the personal loan is closed but every month they are deducting a consolidated charges.

Secondly i closed my personal loan in the month of february and a noc is sent to my mail id. But in march the are 4 check bounce charges against the closed personal loan....

My account got blocked without any intimation and my hdfc personal loan which is linked with it for auto debit of loan amount was unable to debit the amount as there was insufficient amount and the check got bounced and charged 350 for the check bounce and 15% service charge i.e a total of 500rps

I have made imps transaction today (28th Feb 2017) for the amount rs.78150 from my axis account to Canara account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.
Counting it as one more worst experience with Axis bank.
I contacted axis bank customer care, but no use.
