I have taken a car loan from axisbank.and now after 3 year i want repayment of my outstanding car loan amount.but they will charge me 5% foreclosure charge plus 18 percent GST of total outstanding amount.

So it is unbearable and noncongible.while taking a loan they have not clarified these thing so i request to RBI BANK TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST AXIS BANK CAR LOAN DEPARTMENT AND GIVE JUSTICE ME FO THE SAME.

    Hello,

    I Sudhakar have a savings account with Axis Bank. I had an ongoing personal loan with Axis Bank. On the 5th of each month, ecs are debited from the Axis account using EMI. Then I also got a message from the bank that my EMI rebounded. And they charged me a check bouncing penalty at rs 400/-. When a bank representative was asked, they replied that the ECS mandate was put up for clearing early in the morning this time, so it was rejected as I didn't have enough at the time, and on the second clearing it was credited to my credit account. Every time they issue the ECS mandate in the evening, this time they send the ECS clearing in the early morning. Since I don't want to have a savings account with Axis Bank, I usually deposit money the day before or the same day to avoid uncertain deductions from the minimum balance due. since I don't want my emi to jump.
    You received the payment there on the same day. but i have to bear the bounce fees and even it will bounce in my cibil score check which is actually not the case. My maturity has never been pending in my financial history, but it won't be the same now. I would have willingly paid the fees and accepted my Cibil refund if they had not deducted the amount on Feb 5th. But they stripped the EMI and sent a bounce message and billed customers, which is unethical.

      Auto deduction PTL/SCG.VISA POS

      I have recieved a message as, there is a deduction of Debit
      INR 4.41
      A/c no. XX3898

      PTL/SCG.VISA.POS/05.03.23/MSW*BRIGHT IND

      SMS BLOCKALL Cust ID to [protected], if not you-Axis Bank

      Please advise what is this deduction .o got same type message twise with different amount on same day.

      I myself Patel Rameshbhai Bhikhabhai complained with reference number 3391395 regarding refund . I transferred the amount of 4400/- on 9/12/2022 to Pankaj enterprise. But the recipient has not got the amount because he has closed his old upi id and my transferred amount is in some axis bank which I knew from my bank. The ifsc is UTIB0000000 .The recipient can't get money as his old upi id is closed. So I request you to refund my money into my bank account so that I can pay from my account again to Pankaj enterprise. This is my second time complaint to you.

        My account got freezed without prior intimation. And as i had not known that my account has freezed and the money related to my Business has transacted to this axis bank savings account. i had visited the branch from Feb 10th . 2023 onwards. but still the issue has not been resolved and the Officeials on the bank has not doing their job rather harrassing us. despite submission of all reqd docs no service provided. its a long time my account is blocked for which my business goodwill is hampered. not a single transaction i am able to do. As i am asking for Closure also they are not responding.

          Axis Bank has done a deduction of Rs 2289/- from my saving account without any prior information and intimation nor they had told in hidden charges.

          I had clear all my dues before or on time always.

            I tried a transaction for an amount of Rs. 324 on 05.03.2023 using my axis bank flipkart credit card. But the transaction failed and amount deducted from the credit card. And the debited amount not reversed yet.

              Sir,
              Axis Bank has deducted 708/ rupees in every quarter. But when I want reason, , they said we made you prestige account holder. But they are not inform me when they upgrade nor I have signed any documents also they provide me debit card charges 600/ rupees. I have complain & emails their nodal officer pno department but they are doing nothing.
              This bank has repeatedly doing this thing with customer and collect huge amount with bank fund.
              I need your help with this matter. Please look into the matter.

              I didn't get any proper response. Any debit without consumer notice is called fraudent, In past axis bank has refund me for this deduction 3 times

              Else Bank has provided high value of debit card, which benefits are need less to me.
              I have never faced issue with my other bank account and this bank repeatedly deducted money since years.

                  I got this message saying Some amount has been debited from my account which is a POS transaction but I'm here sitting in my house. I used my card day before yesterday at a petrol bunk and today I received the message saying I used the card for INR 3.94 POS when I'm sitting in my home. I don't know how they are able to charge me after the transaction is done and that to without my card and don't know what AXIS Bank is doing.
                  I need some explanation.

                              And also having two FDS for children's on
                              Yearly payment basis so bank only send messages but i was not aware about the installment of FDS and my father was no so well that's why i was busy in hospital and Bank deducted the 1 lakh rupees ...
                              Sir firstly i am not too much familiar with mobile sms and banking and second i held that amount for my father's treatment that's why i ask to a banker that if possible please give me back i will repay u it in next week
                              But the banker "Amir" (posted in Bundi branch ) abused me he said "tumlogo ki aukat nhi hoti to kyu ate ho bank " aukat m rha kro" these kind of words... I don't know why they were treating me like this even i am a regular contact person of bank
                              Please take action because it's not a professional way as a bank customer i feel very bad ...

                                  Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account like TIPS/SCG/NON MCC/22.02.23/Special Branch. While making the payment to various vendors I was charged already with extra fees, then why after few days I am being charged extra? I'm using salary account and what is the use it if you charge me for using debit card?
                                  I want to know about it as well as get the refund.

                                    Credit Card EMI Foreclosure over charges

                                    Horrible experience from AXIS Bank.
                                    I have availed credit card emi from the subject bank. I was informed by their agent that there would not be any additional interest or charges other than forclosure charges if I want clear my emi early. But bank had charged me more than they committed. And the worse part is their customer support agent Name - Chinmay had discontinued the chat .
