Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned thrice in the statement like TIPS/SCG/NON MCC/20/03/2023... .I want to know about it as well as get the refund.

    Hi team
    Can you please look into this matter. This is regarding my credit card settlement.

    I had received a call from Divya mumbai branch regarding credit card settlement. She told me I can settle for my credit card pending due and am agree to settle this matter with amount 25000 inr. I have paid this amount in two EMI 12750. However before pay EMI she provide me letter from Axis bank regarding credit card settlement agreement without bank stamp and signature of manager. Now I am asking receipt or letter of clearing my pending due but no body respond on me over E mail and her calling no. is not valid for callback. I request you please look into this matter and provide me NOC letter for my credit card. I have paid two EMI first EMI 12750 10 February 2023 and second 08 March 2023. Still I have not received a single message regarding payment from axis bank.

    I have used this credit card on februrary 2019 due to I gave birth to premature baby and I have paid almost 4 lakh and 40000 thousand used from credit card. After my baby birth our financial sitatuon was very critical and later in corona period we did alot of struggle. My husband lost his job and he is the only person who can clear my dues because of still am not able to do job from last 4 years. Now finally my husband try to clear my pending due but the am feeling like recovery agent cheats us. It's my humble request to you please look into this matter and solve this case and provide me with a NOC letter.

      I was using the credit card of axis bank in year 2021. I had blocked it in that year only and still paying the charges and amounts charged incorrectly by this bank. I had barely used this card and the amount i had used was less than 5000. i have already been charged more than 50000. This bank has charged me this much that i am in very bad situation now and not able to fetch any one and do something about it. Moreover, the agents talk in very bad behavior and abusive language . One agent called my friend and started abusing, once my wife picked up, they started abusing her as well. i had payed my last payment more than the minimum amount, still i am receiving false charges. I request kindly look over it and help to minimize these charges for me.

        The worst bank I've ever opened. My account they deduct consolidation charges and gst first in December and now in January. After saveral complaints and calls no resolution from their side. I'm done with this bank and never suggested it for anyone.
        Kindly close my account...it's my humble request...

          Hi axis, myself Veerapindi Satyanarayana, i hv axis credit card with the last digit 0951, i hv credit card sattlement in 2022, after credit card written off i hv raised request for cibil masking also i hv paid 6025 rupees on November 7th 2022, but still it showing negative on my cibil i hv raised several requests for cibil masking still no solution found
          Please help me out of this
          Such a worst service they r providing.
          I hate axis service providers, such a fraud service

            I had credit card sattlement in 2022, also i have paid 6025/- for cibil masking purpose, i have paid payment on 7th November 2022, but still it is showing negative on my cibil report

              Respected sir
              I myself Patel Rameshbhai Bhikhabhai complained with reference number 3391395 regarding refund . I transferred the amount of 4400/- on 9/12/2022 to Pankaj enterprise. But the recipient has not got the amount because he has closed his old upi id and my transferred amount is in some axis bank which I knew from my bank. The ifsc is UTIB0000000 .The recipient can't get money as his old upi id is closed. So I request you to refund my money into my bank account so that I can pay from my account again to Pankaj enterprise. This is my second time complaint to you.My contact number is [protected]

                    After a small gap, again the marketing team of Axis bank has started their very frequent marketing calls. This time, they are almost forcing me to give consent to approve a credit card. The person almost sounded like threatening me.
                    He is from Axis bank branch, and he knows all my account details. He has already issued a credit card and needs a sort of my telephonic consent to dispatch it to me.

                    I am afraid of these type of activities by Axis bank, and decided to cancel the SB Account.

                    Horrible banking experience...

                        I was promised credit card rewards while taking credit card and the reward was not credited for 5 months, i have raised a complaint (sr :[protected] and its been 45 days and there is no response or resolution from axis bank.

                        i have raised many complaints with principal nodal officer of axis with new sr[protected] and even then there is no response, please help me how i can sue axis bank and get my complaints resolved.

                          Due to insufficient funds on 9th Jan my SIP got bounce and the charges got deducted on 19th FEB and my balance got negative then i deposited 2500 and made the balance positive but still it didn't got updated and in my bank statement also it is has not been reflected and the consolidated statement is also not getting downloaded. I have also visited in the lalbaug branch 4 time but they are not giving me proper solution this is very worst service and kindly help me with the proper solution.

                            In my CIBIL report I see a personal loan of from Axis Bank with 100 balance left which I never took. I had contact with the customer care of the axis bank have provided them the fake loan account they have created in my name... Still no use. They are not closing it.

                            And date reported 31/12/2022
                            Kindly do the needful for closing it.

                                I have taken a car loan from axisbank.and now after 3 year i want repayment of my outstanding car loan amount.but they will charge me 5% foreclosure charge plus 18 percent GST of total outstanding amount.

                                So it is unbearable and noncongible.while taking a loan they have not clarified these thing so i request to RBI BANK TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST AXIS BANK CAR LOAN DEPARTMENT AND GIVE JUSTICE ME FO THE SAME.

                                  Hello,

                                  I Sudhakar have a savings account with Axis Bank. I had an ongoing personal loan with Axis Bank. On the 5th of each month, ecs are debited from the Axis account using EMI. Then I also got a message from the bank that my EMI rebounded. And they charged me a check bouncing penalty at rs 400/-. When a bank representative was asked, they replied that the ECS mandate was put up for clearing early in the morning this time, so it was rejected as I didn't have enough at the time, and on the second clearing it was credited to my credit account. Every time they issue the ECS mandate in the evening, this time they send the ECS clearing in the early morning. Since I don't want to have a savings account with Axis Bank, I usually deposit money the day before or the same day to avoid uncertain deductions from the minimum balance due. since I don't want my emi to jump.
                                  You received the payment there on the same day. but i have to bear the bounce fees and even it will bounce in my cibil score check which is actually not the case. My maturity has never been pending in my financial history, but it won't be the same now. I would have willingly paid the fees and accepted my Cibil refund if they had not deducted the amount on Feb 5th. But they stripped the EMI and sent a bounce message and billed customers, which is unethical.

                                        My account got freezed without prior intimation. And as i had not known that my account has freezed and the money related to my Business has transacted to this axis bank savings account. i had visited the branch from Feb 10th . 2023 onwards. but still the issue has not been resolved and the Officeials on the bank has not doing their job rather harrassing us. despite submission of all reqd docs no service provided. its a long time my account is blocked for which my business goodwill is hampered. not a single transaction i am able to do. As i am asking for Closure also they are not responding.
