I have relieved from Axis Bank ltd, Delhi circle, Greater kailash 2 Branch on 29 October 2022. As per bank policy full and final settlement (Last month salary + provident fund) should be credited to employee on or before 30-40 days. Still the final settlement has not been done and not yet received the experience letter.     I have made a merchant payment via UPI from my SBI BANK ACCOUNT and money is not deposited into merchant's account.I got the details from my bank and amount was deposited into some AXIS BANK ACCOUNT as my merchant UPI is Axis BankBank account number protected IFSC : UTIB0000000Could you please help me in getting the refund to my SBI Bank account

          This is Regarding an Online Fraud/Scam happened on Nov month 2022. There was an add for female empowerment where they offering jobs WFH only for females and the website called Walmart jobs with website www.walmartappnice.com . the job to complete the task its an virtually ware house job and daily target with daily payment. but they have taken money not retuned, have visited the Walmart office Bangalore where even they are not able to identify which received is an fake/scam and fraud one.
          Same has been reported to my Banks, Cyber crime department and FIR raised in Shivajinagar Bangalore with complaint no 756/2022.
          based on Shivajinagar Crime branch communication personally tried to reach out Axis bank([protected]@axisbank.com/nodal.[protected]@axisbank.com) where my money has been transacted to fraud beneficiary accounts but Bank either replying to police or to me. Really very poor service they dont even bothered about law or Police really worst bank service
          in the name of women empowerment i gone through very tough time and its hard to be an single women.

            I have not received my appraisal incentives and annual performance bonus till date for 21-22 calendar year saying that I have not performed well but I have given sufficient proof where my performance can be seen and the MIS, IT, BIU, ABR team has manipulated the performance report of mine and showed it incorrectly and my department that is Axis Virtual Centre is also ignoring all the facts put forth to them and now is asking me to resign instead of being made a permanent employee please look into this and escalate it to the higher authorities

              Getting too many calls from Axis bank Tele callers, Bank offers promotion agents.
              if I cut the call or reject the call. or black them, then sending the abusing messages.
              Daily getting more than 20 calls from HDFC, AXIS and few other companies. It became nightmare, if I am in hospital also same thing. they don't have time sense.

                  Axis Bank never send me e-statement of Credit Card every month. Card ending with 8525.
                  EMAIL- [protected]@gmail.com
                  I contacted bank that I need October statement as they didnt send me. But they are not giving me.
                  I cant see reward point as well and also there is no option to download the statement with reward point details.
                  If you will not provide me Oct statement, I had to take legal actions against this fraudulent behaviour.
                  You are bound to send customer statement every month

                    On my CIBIL report I see a personal loan of ₹ 10000 from Axis Bank which I never took. I had written to them to close the fake loan account they have created in my name... Still no use. They are not closing it.

                      I am Jikadara Bhumika Hasmukhbhai working in Magob(Surat) branch BRO and my employee id is 361775. I resigned my position on 13 Sept 2022 with 1 month notice period. Now, I need my Relieving letter and NOC.

                      I submitted my ID card to my supervisor Bhavin Bhuwa (Operation Head) in the month of October before the Diwali festival. but he has not yet updated my ID card in the system And now he is cutting my calls and not answering...

                      I have one axis bank fore card provided by my company, I have mad one cash withdrawal transaction or euro 600 from one ATM in Madrid, Spain.
                      At the time of transaction the charges showed me was around 9Euros for the transaction but when I made the transaction total 917.81 Euros is charged on my card.

                      Can you please look into it and do the needful as 117.81 euros charges on cash withdrawal of 800 euros are not appropriate and its around 15% of transaction value and that was never communicated.

                      I have also written one mail regarding this through your customer care portal but got no response form you people.

                      Requesting you to kindly look into it.

                            Complaining about axis recovery harassment

                            I have a credit card with Axis Bank - due to some unforeseen situation I lost my job last year and was after one year i got the job. As a result of which I could not pay the Credit card payment, now am ready to pay with outstanding amount then updated to your agent for the process & they have expailned for payment as i was having client meeting i had your agent to wait for few more minutes but that agent chased me lyk anything almost he called...

                            Its been 2 months since the complaint has raised to Axis bank but till now no proper response from the concern branch as well as customer support team.
                            I don't want to specify the exact reason but its regarding Fraud transaction. Comparing to other banks Axis bank is in the least position to resolve such kind queries. Such a disgusting service never experienced in my life.

                            Hope at least from this complaint form, the Axis bank will get into touch with me and try to resolve my issue.

                              Nike - Amount debited from my account but order not placed

                              I placed an order for a pair of Nike Air Max 1 Premium (style: DV[protected] today (27th November 2022). My location is Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, India 532001. The amount of 16, 245 INR was debited from my account but the order was not placed. I purchased through UPI from the Nike app. I have tried Nike support and they said Axis bank kept the amount on Hold. The bank service i was using was axis bank and I paid through Paytm UPI....

                              Sir ..my name is Sunil Kumar I'm facing this problem since 2years .. every month they deduct 200 rs or 40 rs or sometimes 300 rs because of credit card payment..in 2020 i had done the payment.. amount was 22078rs date was[protected] Card number 9449 ending number's the person was promise me he would send me settelment latter..after some time he didn't pick my call till now'..now my account is showing 6000 rs in mines tell me sir/ma'am what do I do ..no one helping me.. kindly check this matter ASAP..i wanted to clear my credit card payment .. which I have done in 2020 ASAP
