Its been 2 months since the complaint has raised to Axis bank but till now no proper response from the concern branch as well as customer support team.
I don't want to specify the exact reason but its regarding Fraud transaction. Comparing to other banks Axis bank is in the least position to resolve such kind queries. Such a disgusting service never experienced in my life.

Hope at least from this complaint form, the Axis bank will get into touch with me and try to resolve my issue.

    Nike - Amount debited from my account but order not placed

    I placed an order for a pair of Nike Air Max 1 Premium (style: DV[protected] today (27th November 2022). My location is Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, India 532001. The amount of 16, 245 INR was debited from my account but the order was not placed. I purchased through UPI from the Nike app. I have tried Nike support and they said Axis bank kept the amount on Hold. The bank service i was using was axis bank and I paid through Paytm UPI....

    Sir ..my name is Sunil Kumar I'm facing this problem since 2years .. every month they deduct 200 rs or 40 rs or sometimes 300 rs because of credit card payment..in 2020 i had done the payment.. amount was 22078rs date was[protected] Card number 9449 ending number's the person was promise me he would send me settelment latter..after some time he didn't pick my call till now'..now my account is showing 6000 rs in mines tell me sir/ma'am what do I do ..no one helping me.. kindly check this matter ASAP..i wanted to clear my credit card payment .. which I have done in 2020 ASAP

      TIP/SCG.VISA.POS Hidden charges

      Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, it is mentioned in the statement like TIP/SCG.VISA.POS. If I ask customer care, they say if I use my debit card in hotel or some shopping it will be charged. Am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card.       I am holding a salary account with Axis Bank, with Account No-[protected], Branch-Andal.From past 5 month I have have chargers for name of Consolidated charges unauthorizedly.
      On july I was charged for 1275rs and August 2750rs and september 2965rs and october 1150rs.When I contact customer care they said that I was charge for ECS return and Debit failure.But on dated 19.11.2022 they minus my account balance in -3942rs when I contact customer care they said that my account has pending ECS return charges that is why my account gone in minus balance. From July 2022 to october 2022 every month they deduct ECS return charge from my account but still they said that the charges is pending.I book a service request regarding this with request no:[protected].I am facing very financial problem but still Axis bank debit my account unauthorizedly.

      This is my kind request to you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

                Bank Account frozen for more than 1 month

                My Saving Account(Account number ending with 1605) is frozen for last 1 month due to Re-KYC, I have visited my bank branch and submitted all required documents 2 times still nothing has happened and I have no update.
                I am surviving on loan from friends and family for last 1 month as I am not able to take out my Salary. There is no urgency or update from Axis Bank, everytime I visit the branch they tell me to fill some forms and resubmit...

                        In september 2022 end, I received a call from axis bank executive for credit card offers stating I have some credit card upgradation offer.
                        I checked and saw 2 offers in my upgradation (select and privilege credit card), to which I said if axis flipkart credit card was available I would have bought it, thus no.
                        The executive said once I apply for the axis flipkart credit card, he will change my application as a upgradation from backend.
                        I checked the form and it said I will be charged 500+ GST, to which I informed him and declined the card because of it.
                        To which he pitched that since he will make this as an upgrade offer from backend, I won't be charged. To confirm I asked me 3-4 times, that will I be charged for the credit card, and he assured me that it won't be.
                        After 3 -4 times confirmation of removal of joining fees, I applied for the same and received the credit card.
                        My first month statement is here and I have been charged 500+90 (GST) for it.
                        I called the bank for the same and they declined my complaint, stating nothing can be done.

                        I was sold the credit card as no joining fees but have been charged for it.
                        The bank has the audio recording as they always record for quality and training purpose. Also he asked me to update his branch employee code[protected] is the application, so his employee number would be in my application.

                        I request the bank to waive of my joining fees as promised in the sale call by the executive.

                          I made transaction of rupees 17000/- through Google Pay scanner at Merchants store on 17th November 2022, through my Phone Pay app linked to HDFC Bank, Money got debited from my account, however it is not credited to Merchant account. Transaction shows successful transferred to [protected]@okbizaxis-UTIB0000000, this merchant says that he doesn't have an account in Axisbank. I have raised complaint with Phonepay and NPIC.org.in, still waiting for resolution. Kindly help

                                Hello,

                                I have made a payment of 23112.75 rupees for my last month credit card statement of my flipkart axis bank credit card. I have raised a request for this payment through my Axis bank mobile application and paid through phonepe UPI on 1st of November. The amount is debited from my Icici bank and the transaction was successful in phonepe. But the amount is not yet credited to Axis bank credit card. I sent a mail to ICICI bank and they confirmed that the amount has been successfully credited to merchant side and when I reached to Axis Bank PNO with all the proofs they said the reference number is incorrect and also mailed me a different credit card number that they have checked and finally said that they could not get the transaction. I just need a solution on this because this is a huge amount for me and I don't want pay it again. Please help me in this regard.

                                  Date of Incident: 12/08/2022

                                  I use Axis bank airtel credit card and i see wrong cashback being credited.
                                  They even admitted that it should have been credited in Sep 22 cycle but they never processed the missing cashback. (attached screenshot)
                                  It's been more than 3 months now and they still haven't processed it.

                                  Issue:
                                  My cashback that was credited for August cycle was wrong.

                                  Reason for complain:

                                  If you look at my statement, I've just earned 330 rupees as cashback and that's wrong.

                                  Cashback calculation:

                                  Zomato+Swiggy = 207.9 + 260.7 = 468.6
                                  As per TnC, this carries 10% cashback (upto 500)
                                  Amount= 46.86

                                  WiFi bill= 1179
                                  As per TnC, this carries 25% cashback (upto 300)
                                  Amount= 294.75

                                  Utility bill (electricity)= 4694
                                  As per TnC, this carries 10% cashback (upto 300)
                                  Amount= 300

                                  Total cashback I should have earned = 46.86 + 294.75 + 300 = 641.61
                                  Cashback given by axis = 330

                                  Terms and Condition from Axis bank:

                                  As per Axis bank's terms and conditions (attacked screenshot)
                                  1. Mobile and wifi recharges carry 25% cashback upto 300
                                  2. Utility bills on Thanks app carry 10% upto 300
                                  3. Preferred merchants like Zomato and swiggy carry 10% upto 500

                                  Why was i not given the missing cashback even after more than 90 days?
                                  What's the point of raising ticket if even after they admit their mistake they won't fix it.
