Big Bazaar Vashi Navi Mumbai (Store Id - 4752) — due to accidental issue in family unable to redeem the credit note.

Hi team,

I have credit note of rs. 1199/- of big bazaar, vashi navi mumbai, which has time limit of 30 days.
Due to accidental issue in my family i went to my hometown, unable to redeem the credit note within the timeline (21st jan 19).

We approached 3 days post expiry date (24th jan 19), however they are refusing to give items against credit note.

We are the old customer of bb. We shall wait for the kind cooperation.

Please look into this. I have attached the credit note for your quick response.
