Hi, my name is Saumya Srivastava. My credit card was to be delivered on 9th of june by the Blue Dart courier. Then I was been told that I was not available at my office that it why it was not delivered whereas I was at my office. This continued for another 4 days, daily I was been told that your package will be delivered in the respect of PRIORITY. I am literally pissed off by the worst courier service I have ever seen in my life. I am also marking a mail to HDFC not tot send the packages by Bluedart who doesn't understand the meaning of service and urgency. My order no is- [protected]. The branch office where my package will come is in noida sec-63 which is just 10 kms from my office in sec-3. I expect some strict action should be taken in this context.

I am very disappointed with the bluedart service. Even a local courier service would be better. These people have taken already 10 days but are not able to deliver the shipment within the city (Gurgaon), yet I havn't received my courier and dont know when I will get it. Even the local courier boy will call before delivering anything or will call if the person is not available at the said address. But these guys dont even bother to call and if I called at the customer care no. those guys are purily lying. One day they said to me that my shipment has been sent back and when the next day I called they told me its still lying with them. Next time I called them to deliver the courier to me they said it will be delivered the same day. But again disappointed. Then today I took leave from office as they said they can only deliver after 10 AM. And today also I called them six times but nothing i got.
It contains my Form-16 the most important document for a salaried person.
Hopefully in future I would never have to take the service of BlueDart. And also will not recommend this to anyone.

waybill no: [protected] was supposed to be delivered to me on 14th Oct, 2014 but it has not been delivered till date and online status is showing in transit since 15th Oct, 2014. Kindly help me.

    Sub : Complaint against Blue Dart Express Ltd.,
    Courier Company.

    With reference to the above cited subject, we wish to inform you that we have sent the Original documents of the students through BLUE DART Express Ltd., booked at 3rd Block Branch, Jayanagar, Bangalore on 7th June 2011 around 5.30 pm. to Mr. Kaptan Singh, C/o Pawan K. Sikarwar, Hotel Kiran Vila Palace, Near Bird Santuary Gate, Agra Road, Bharatpur, Rajasthan-321001. However, the same has not reached the destination till date. On enquiry we were told that the parcel had reached Delhi and from there it has been misplaced. We have come to know that there is no BLUE DART Courier service in Bharatpur. They are duping customers by carrying out the task through 3rd party. They have concealed the information that they do not have service in Bharatpur.

    The said parcel contains important Original documents of the students and their career and future depends on it. We are therefore lodging a complaint of cheating and negligence complaint against BLUE DART courier company who have played with the future of many students.

    The Shipment copy bearing No. [protected] dtd 7/6/2011 and Cash Bill No. 386831 dtd 7/6/2011 for your kind reference.

    We request you to treat this matter with top priority and take appropriate action against BLUE DART Courier Company as the future of the many students is at stake.

      My name is Manoj Kumar Sain. I am highly upset to see BLUE DART WORST SERVICE......... My mobile handset booked from Latsbuy is reched at Faribad Office at dated 04.06.2011 but I haven't received my courier till date...though i have been constantly in touch with their customer service...

      Hi ,

      I was expecting a courier from Blue Dart (WayBill no : [protected]) today(6th June 2011) and the website itself said that it was to be delivered by today. I had also recieved a response to my mail from Blue Dart at 11:30 AM in the morning which stated that the packet was already out for delivery.

      I did not recieve the packet today and the people at the helpdesk do not have any status updates whatsoever. It took me around 5-7 tries at the helpline number to actually reach an executive which anyway did not help. I wish to get it to the notice of this renowned courier service's officials and would also seek an explanation about the disappointing service that i have recieved.

      At times things are important for u and must be delivered in the mentioned time frame.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I wanted to send my photographs (Weight not more than 50 Grams) through Blue Dart Express Ltd as I thought they would have their service in destination city (Darbhanga). The charge that they wanted for the packet was Rs.280/- and they said that for any document less than 500 Grams the rate they charged was Rs.280/-.
        Usually Indian postal service charges Rs.25/- for documents having similar weight. The Professional Couriers charge Rs.40/-. DTDC courier service charges Rs.90/- for documents weighning 250 Grams or less.
        I want to know if the postal and delivery services charge are regulated or not. If yes why there are such wide variations. If such charges are not regulated then how is the consumer interest protected.

            I have a serious issue with bluedart Courier Services, working style they never deliver this not only happen with me only many of my friends also suffered with blue dart service.

            This is two courier some company send me via blue dart but they returned both time and reason was address incomplete, Some One tell me why i give wrong address to company who is sending me Cheque, all other courier come all other mails come on same address but blue dart says i m not exists. what a f...

            nyways i called up in blue dart office and ask them to give call to field boy so that i can make him understand where i m located so that he can deliver next time but i don't get any reply Blue Dart Courier Services, Sucks Man Never Use Blue Dart Courier Services,

              I had booked a courier with BlueDart on May 20, 2011 because it was urgent and wanted on time delivery. Bluedart charges almost 5times more than any other courier service for 24hr delivery. Courier was booked from Bangalore to Srinagar. Courier never got delivered till date. On contacting Bluedart customer care i was told there was curfew in Srinagar and that's why it's not been delivered. As for as my knowledge goes, there were some restriction on moment on May 21, 2011 only for a day. But yesterday one of the Bluedart executive had argument with me and said curfew was lifted just 6hrs back... a big lie which when i asked can he prove it in consumer court he was quiet and promised a callback in 5mins. But that never happened. I had to call again to their tracking incharge and he promised a deliver will happen today (May 25, 2011) but till now May 26, 2011 neither the delivery of courier happened nor has receiver been contacted although there are 2 contact numbers mentioned on the packet.
              This show how highly unprofessional they are. Had i booked with any other courier i am sure delivery would have happen on time and also i would have saved money.

              same to me i open my new account in Axis bank and my way bill number ([protected]) shows that my kit was delivered in 22th june and today is 27 july... and i call many times on [protected] but no one is answering my call ... now i m going to clam on these unprofessional persons...
              these guys doesnt even hav a valid cntact number ...

                I had ordered products from 99labels.com in january, 2011 but till now i hvn't got it.Regarding this i have complained many times in patiala, punjab office but they did't respond.

                  On May 24th 2011, I received a certificate through courier. Unfortunately the certification board sent it through Blue Dart, I don't know why they choose Blue Dart.

                  I received a call from Blue Dart executive on 4PM. He told me to rush to the Blue Dart office and collect the courier as soon as possible. I had to cut short my office hours to collect the certificate.

                  When I inquired about delivery at home, they simply said that it is "not possible". Whereas DTDC and Professional delivers package directly at my home.

                  Despite of this inconvenience, when I reached office they made me wait for more than an hour. I asked them why I have to wait for a long time. Then came an executive in Ernakulam office with strange spectacles ( with lens as thick as soda glass). He told me that they took those couriers to "Out of delivery" section, and he followed with usage of abusive language. I don't know why I have to hear that.

                  I will not ever sent a courier through Blue Dart. I request you all to double think when you use Blue Dart service.

                    my name is Rajneesh Singh.

                    I have lost my debit card few days back so immd I have launched the complaint at ICICI call centre for reissuance of a fresh card.

                    The card was to delivered by Blue dart but After a 2 days long chase, I have NOT RECEIVED the my package.

                    I have spoken to Ms Richa Virdi & Kamini Sharma to get the update regarding delivery but surprisingly received a very harsh answer that the shipment cant be delivered.

                    I am writing this to the consumer forum to sortout the matter.

                      Dear Sir,

                      Kotak Bank sended a draft via Blue dart having AWB [protected] which was not delivered by blue dart and they sended back the draft to kotak with a feedback that address is not reachable without visiting the address.This was not Happining first time as these things are going from last couple of years

                      I Have compaint for the same to Blue dart customer care but no action was taken by the company..

                      Note :- My address is correct and reachable due to ir-responsible behaviour of Blue dart Staff i have not received the draft and need to pay the penalty ..

                      i request you to kindly look into the matter as these things are going on each and every time due to in-efficient working of gurgaon bank stafff

                        The delivery system of Blue Dart courier serves is the worst I have ever come across in my life. My bank had dispatched my credit card through blue dart courier service about 1 week ago and I was informed by my bank that i will receive my package the next day.

                        The stupid delivery people at blue dart say that they were not able to find a 3 store commercial building in Anna Salai! And i was calling them about my delivery every day to hear them say that their executive informed them that they were not able to find the person to when the parcel must be delivered( me). I am employed in the concern for about 2 years and how is it possible for the delivery people not to find me in the office?
                        This needs serious action as it was an important package from my bank....

                        Blue Dart — Bad delivery system

                        Blue dart has the worst delivery system. We give our office address so that we are available there on weekdays and we can get our consignment.
                        And I also did the same, now I was at my office and they didn't deliver it. Then I receive an SMS that the delivery was failed for my consignment number [protected].

                        I called customer care and they say the delivery boy cannot call all customers.As if customers consignment is of no importance to them.
                        Now, they are asking extension number and all. But I was in my office when the delivery was tried. Why can't they call on mobile number that was provided for consignment?

                        If they can send me SMS on the mobile for failed delivery why can't they call me on the same mobile for successful delivery.


                        Where is the logic in that?

                        I am missing important parcel. Now it is Friday and they don't want to delivery today and tomorrow I won't be in office. So I won't get my parcel till Monday.
                        Gosh! If on Monday they try to call my extension and I am not available there they will send an SMS to my extension. I don't know who will get that SMS.

                        Mobile number is no good friends.

                        World switched to mobiles and for better than good I will switch to some other courier service.
                        Request: All Govt and Private Companies sending any consignment to me please do not use Blue Dart.

                          Hi Blue Dart/Consumer Complaint,

                          I should have received the credit card on 9th May 2011. But the blue dart courier people, without come to the mentioned address as well as without callin the given phone no in the consignment and also without asking security/admin at my office gate, they have put the status as extn needed. But there is the extenison and mobile number also present in the consignment. When I have called up the blue dart courier, they are giving the worst weird answers. This is the huge embarassment to me from Blue Dart.
                          And also they are not accepting my complaint that blue dart has done the mistake like this.
                          I dont know why they are running the courier company.

                            I have applied for a Visa and submitted my passport to british High commission who in turn have arranged to deliver my passport back to me with approved visa through Blue Dart courier.But unfortunately the courier person giving me stupid excuses and not delivering my Passport.I will be flying to england within 2 days and need the Passport ASAP.I have registered acomplain and the complain no 163770.But unfortunately I did not get any possitive reply

                                Hi All,

                                I wanted to courier some of my very important documents. I had in my mind that companies charging 10 times more than the normal courier companies are better in delivery on time and reliable for important docs.
                                I went on to courier my very important docs using DHL BLUE DART and it was biggest mistake of my life.
                                I have written complete address of my home with my brothers contact no in Very Large and Bold font that anyone having weak eyesight can even read it.

                                But After 2 whole days BLUE DART shows that consignee address is incomplete or not present. Their customer case executive says it will get delivered and confirm it might have been delivered already.

                                Why these companies do charge 10 times and provide no service. This companies should be banned from continuing their services any more. They have no idea of end users situation. They even dont have the proper reason of not providing the service as well.

                                BLUE DART should be banned and fined all the money looted from the customers and jailed for wasting customer's very precious time * 10 times the time.
                                Common INDIA get together to get ban such companies and stop their services to continue anymore.

                                  On 7-APR-2011, from Udaan India Travel, Delhi Branch, via shipment - [protected] of BlueDart, below passprts have been sent to Ahmedabad Bluedart to deliver it to Parshwanath Travels Ahmedabad branch.
                                  The related consignment has been lost by Bluedart on 8-APR-2011 and a FIR has been logged with NO details of passports.

                                  I need help from Consumer Forum to get the correct FIR launched by BludeDart and to get Origianl FIR to proceed further.

                                    THE BLUEDART PEOPLE CALL ME AT 11:15AM ABOUT IT AND ALSO TOLD ME ABOUT THE DUTY FEE OF ABOUT 1767 Rs. I TOLD THEM THAT I WILL BE COLLECTING IT FROM THEIR OFFICE.
                                    AT 3pm I ASKED THEM TO SEND THE PARCEL AT MY OFFICE AND THEY AGREED TO SEND IT BY 7pm. i KEPT ON WAITING FOR THEM FOR 5 HOURS BUT NOBODY TURNED UP.
                                    AT 7:30PM WHEN I CALLED UP, THEY TOLD THAT DUE TO SOME CONFUSION, WE CAN NOT GIVE YOU THE PARCEL TODAY.
                                    AS IT IS HOSPITAL ISSUE, I HAD ASKED FROM THE DOCTOR TO WORK IN THE NIGHT AS I TOLD HIM THAT I WILL BE GETTING THE PARCEL TONIGHT BY 7PM.
                                    BECAUSE I HAD NOT GOT THE PARCEL, IT LEADS TO MISCOMMITMENT FROM OUR SIDE ALSO TO THE DOCTOR OF THE HOSPITAL.
                                    I WONDER HOW SUCH A CONFUSION AND IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR CAN OCCUR FROM SUCH A REPUTED COURIER COMPANY LIKE BLUE DART.
                                    NOW I HAVE TO GO TO COLLECT AND THE PARCEL MYSELF FROM THEIR OFFICE WHICH LEADS TO DELAY IN WORK.
                                    REALLY A VERY BAD SERVICE BY THE BLUEDART.

                                      We checked with our delivery staff and he confirmed that the shipts has been dlvl to you without checking of contents[Inside of box],....

                                      And he also accepted that an octroi could not cleared from the Naka post due to Electric power off from Naka areas,.hence he is not able to take photo copy
                                      of Invoice for octroi clearance purpose and he requested to the octroi officer regarding same and after taken permission from him then he take it to field,...

                                      From booking side,we can't say anything because of what happened done between you and our pickup staff, we doesn't know..


                                      Base on your Claim letter,I'll personally coming at your home for spot verification of good damage by today in the evening[before 1900hrs],and after that will be proceed it to our claim settlement department for further processing,..kindly co-operate for same,..."


                                      We want to inform you that when the delivery staff himself told us no. of times that he had taken efforts & risks and taken different route to save the octroi charges and demanded Rs.500.00 for that. Then why are they now giving the false excuse that he had not paid octroi charges because of some power faluire etc. etc. This is a false statement and i want you people to investigate the whole thing and please replace our TV as soon as possible.
