NOW WHEN EVER WE CONTACT YOUR GOOD SELVES ( OVER NIGHT COURIER) AT NARAINA BRANCH , FOR REFUND ,THEY DON'T GIVE CORRECT PICTURE & HARASSING ME, THEY DON'T GIVE CORRECT PICTURE. PLEASE HELP ME IN GETTING MY REFUND.

TWICE AMOUNT DEBITED

However, on the date of journey, I came to know that this is a fake ticket. As informed by the Kharagpur station manager, this train is not coming to Kharagpur for last 4 or 5 months approx. But when booked the ticket by vide Request No.RBR9871275, PNR No.[protected] on dated 07.04.2010 and the date of journey is on 13.05.2010, there is showing the departure time is 23:00.

Full Refund for Train running late

Hello, I am NIKHIL KUMAR, as I booked a railway ticket with Rs.726 Amt under PNR [protected] on[protected] for the date of journey on 26/1/2010, from H NIZAMUDDIN(NZM) to JABALPUR in train no.2191, but due to running late by more than 4 hours was cancelled travel by railways for that day, so I filled a TDR as per the instructions given by the Railways Call Center Representative....
