Chalo Jaai Travel Club — poor quality and quantity of food - dooars trip.

We have returned from dooars tour on[protected] morning. The tour party had been put-up at banyan tree, lataguri. The accommodation provided was a mixture of cottage and three-storeyed building. Since most of the members had knee-problem, the three-storeyed accommodation posed a nightmare for most of them. This hotel does not have a good cook. Since chalo jaai travel club does not bring their own kitchen party to dooars, we had to consume substandard food for nearly four days. When complained to the manager of chalo jaai, he turned a deaf-ear. Perhaps, he was satisfied with the commission he was earning. After reaching jaldapara wild hut, the resort manager and his efficient staff comforted the entire party for two days. The food quality and quantity was excellent.
My first tour with chalo jaai was quite dissatisfactory.
