      I have upgraded my Plan from White to Red, while doing so I have cleared all payments o[censored]pgradation.
      After upgrading and clearing all payments my installments should stop but Club mahindra taken 4 extra installments from me, which are supposed to return by them.
      I am continuously writing email but everytime delaying for answering and purposely new person answers who again delaying issues..
      I am completely unstasfied by taking the membership...

        CM is not allowing me to book vacations for previous years as my current year ASF is due.
        I have paid ASF's for all previous years and i have pending holiday days from same.I wanted to utilise those days first but CM has blocked booking option as my current year ASF is due.I will pay the current year ASF whenever i can utilise those days.
        Don't credit current year 7 days into my account until i pay the ASF but let me utilise all paid holidays first.It is so simple calculation.
        It is an impossible task to book a vacation at CM at first place now they come up with such stupid rules.
        Hope you guys understand I wish there was a exit option from this membership option.

          It’s been around approx 4 years being an member of Club Mahindra ( Member Id[protected] and I was able to book my holiday only once due to unavailability of rooms. They have not improved even for Rs.1 but if you look at ASF fees it is increasing every year heavily and the service against that is really really poor and disappointing.

          Few properties/hotels are not even listed in the Mobile Application by Club Mahindra due to which we have to be dependant on Customer Relationship Manager for booking related things. Most of the times they don’t even pick up the call so what is the use of Relationship Manager and as well as the membership for which we are not able to book holidays for. The purpose of vacation itself is not served here.

          Most of the weekends are for Purple Membership while others below it cannot book those holidays, which is sheer Discrimination. I can understand Purple Membership people pay more money so they have the privilege but that simply doesn’t means other membership owners cannot enjoy holidays on those days if at all somebody Cancels at last moment. Mine is White Membership and I don’t even get to be Waitlisted for that booking which is again a Discriminatory Behaviour.

          Also when I visited Goa for my first ever club Mahindra holidays at the time of booking it showed Waitlisted/Fully Booked, but when I personally traveled for my vacation and was hopping the property most of the rooms were either locked or vacant. So why there is no transparency in booking.

          After paying so much Membership Amount and paying ASF on time we don’t get any privileges which worse. I strongly need to take action against such acts by Club Mahindra and need to strongly make other customers awake.
          The Sales guy pitches something different and Reality is something different not something it’s very different.

            I am a member of Club Mahindra since 2009 and my Member ID is 1571877. Club Mahindra charges Annual Fees which keeps increasing every year. Due to the high Annual Fees I did not pay the dues in 2021. Normally if one does not pay the annual fees one cannot avail the 07 days holidays that accrue for that year. But the accumulated inventory is available for use. A max of 21 days can be accumulated. However, as a punishment Club Mahindra is denying me the right to book holidays utilising my accumulated holiday inventory for which I have paid all dues. This act of Club Mahindra is arbitrary and prejudicial. When I had taken membership there was no such rule and presumably this rule has been introduced in 2019. One cannot apply rules retrospectively. Club Mahindra is blackmailing me to pay high annual fees and denying me my right to book holidays for which i have paid in full. This act of Club Mahindra is also resulting in me exceeding the max days that can be accumulated and will result in me losing those extra days as I am unable to book holidays.

            This needs to be resolved at the earliest as it is causing unnecessary stress, inconvenience and loss to me.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I wish to cancel Club Mahindra Membership
                After making payment for membership with Club Mahindra on 13.10.2021, I have gone through various blogs and feedback of customer/members which are scary and show poor hospitality. I have also searched your property on market availability for reservation and it is very much shocking that some of your property are available in very reasonable rates and even offered with the nominal rates which seems no sense to invest or pay big amount on your conditions which are not only loss for me financially but also restrict me to choose the days of visit.

                (a) I had taken the membership considering I can visit most resorts as per my wish and as per my children's holidays. However, I find most of the resorts filled. I cannot go to holiday when my children have school days however I was not aware of this fact as I was misrepresented by Club Mahindra sales representative.

                I have raised the request to cancel my membership on 24.10.2021 after 11 and I was told that I have rais this request on 11th day according to there police they will not give me any refund.

                I do not have used any service and just because I'm one day later for the cancellation request im begin denied for any refund.

                It is my sincere desire to surrender the Membership and get the refund in this respect. I also desire to resolve the matter amicably failing which I may decide my future course of action including legal recourse against the Company in an appropriate forum.

                  After making payment for membership with Club Mahindra on 23.10.2021 in a presentation organised at PC Jewellers, South Extension- I, New Delhi amounting to Rs. 41, 560. I have gone through various blogs and feedback of customer/members which are scary and show poor hospitality. I have also searched your property on market availability for reservation and it is very much shocking that some of your property are available in very reasonable rates and even offered with the nominal rates which seems no sense to invest or pay big amount on your conditions which are not only loss for me financially but also restrict me to choose the days of visit.

                  I am no more interested in your membership, keeping in view of above I want to reject/cancel my membership and want refund of Rs. 41, 560 in full.
                  It may also be noted to stop ECS mandate immediately which was activated on 23 October 2021 through UIDAI Authentication to pay the remaining amount in 48 EMI effective of Rs. 11876 payable from 7th of every month. I was given presentation by Mr. Sumeet kumar Sinha, Territory Manager- Sales & Mr Akash Saraswat Employee No. 36043 from club Mahindra.
                  I have also emailed already twice to club Mahindra on their escalation channel to [protected]@mahindraholidays.com and when the response was not received then to Mr. Mohit at [protected]@mahindraholidays.com with the following Ticket id [protected] . I want my amount back in full as i have not availed any offer or any services as of now. Its been a week since i am trying to get even a response from club Mahindra. It is highly unethical & unprofessional on part of a brand like club Mahindra & really bad experience.

                    I bought the membership of club mahindra on 15/10/2021 but due to some Personal reasons I want to cancel my membership & For the Same I mail to the the team on 15/10/2021 & 16/10/2021 and they Just created a service request number and no further response was Received from their side till date.
                    I have also sent the written consent for the Same to mumbai & Chennai office also but from their side also no response received.
                    Once they gave me the number of their Ahmebdabad office as I purchased it from Gujarat & I talked to them also and they said wait for 48 hours and you will receive a mail bit still No response.
                    As per company's policy is cancellation request is made within 10 days from the date of purchase then Company is liable to pay full refund.
                    If This things continue Then I have no options left but to go for some legal actions

                      I, Salim K M took a holiday package called bliss classic from Club Mahindra Holidays and the membership ID is 2925815 which is valid from November 2020 to November 2030. While I took the membership, I was told that, I will be the applicant for the membership, my wife Vaheeda will be the co-applicant and my child Nibin will be added as child of member and the above mentioned people can travel and stay in any of their resorts without paying any additional cost on pre booking through their web portal. But when my son, Nibin made a booking, in the confirmation mail, it was mentioned that He have to pay 4000+ rupees per day per room including tax in order to stay in their Goa property. This was not mentioned while taking the membership and even I have not signed any agreement related to this with club Mahindra. So, My request is to refund the membership fee that is around Rupees1, 70000. Please do the needful.

                        I have applied for Membership on 10th September 2021 and due to personal reasons I have requested to cancel my membership on 11th September 2021 itself. I have not yet received any refund so far. When you can get the money from me in 5 minutes why cant you provide the refund even after a month?.
                        As per your terms and condition if a membership is cancelled with 10 days, then refund should happen with in 30 days of cancellation request. Please note that I might proceed with Legal action if there are further delays with my refund.

                            I am trying to get the details of the GST Differential Amount being imposed this year.
                            Height they have tagged with ASF of Sept 2021, hence cant Pay DUE ASF without paying GST. This is clear Blackmailing a member.

                            No Period is mentioned for this GST differential amount . no Government notification is being shared for this amount

                            Writing emails to all emails given to us as member .But no one is responding with details

                            I am getting Ticket ID every time i Raise my concern
                            But none of the ticket has been address so far

                            Which EMI period u are referring.
                            You should clearly mention the duration for which this difference tax is being charged instead of writing long general email.

                            Please share the duration n govt notification for change.

                              I am Red studio member of Club Mahindra with membership ID 1501560. I had booked my stay in Club Mahindra Binsar from 14th till 23rd Oct at Manipur Villa. Due to rainfall from 17th evening there was no electricity in the resort on 19th Oct. We were given room no 2231 which had no water as well. I had complained 10 times to the main reception and housekeeping, no single person turned up for 2 hours. I contacted the reception at valley and spoke to Mr. Gaurav thrice and he did not pay any heed to the compliant, just said that he is looking into the matter. When i went downstairs one of the staff member told that there is no diesel for the generator and there will be no water in the room.
                              I told him that there should be clear communication from the manager and why we haggled for two hours without water. They then gave as another room to freshen up. We spoke to the manager Mr. Vinod in the valley and he told us that he will shift us to the valley. We are two families travelling together, one was shifted and we had to stay back in the villa due to bad roads. There was no electricity and no candles and matchstick. We were asked dinner preferences and we told that whatever the chef can prepare we will have that. We did not eat in the villa on the other days as the prices are exorbitant and we cooked food inside or got it packed from outside, but that day since we were stranded and we could not cook anything since morning as there was no electricity and it was complete pitch dark we had to eat in the villa.
                              Club Mahindra staff has the audacity to charge us for that dinner, i mean this is totally unheard of. instead of providing complimentary dinner and compensating for the inconvenience you are charging us!
                              The managerial staff are highly unprofessional and do not have the basic manner and courtesy to deal with the members or address or pacify the guests
                              We are paying AMC to the tune of 24-25K and this is what we get in return! There are 3-4 memberships in my family and we plan to surrender the membership after our recent experience.
                              Also you have given us the accommodation in Villa and you are charging 100 rs for to and fro. This is like you have a restaurant at 5th floor you are asking us to come and eat and we will have to pay for using the lift!
                              You are charging maintenance fees from us and increasing it by 10% every year and then asking us to pay 100 Rs also, then why the hell we are paying the annual maintenance???
                              My entire vacations are ruined by this pathetic experience and i would like my AMC to be refunded for this year or waived off for next year.
                              If this compliant is not acted upon i will be lodging this in consumer forum along with my other family members who have Club Mahindra memberships

                                  I have been cheated by your team consisting of Ms Parminder Kaur, Santosh Tiwari and Amandeep Singh in Jasola office, Delhi. They offered me 2 years free ASF and 10, 000 food points. But nothing was given to me.

                                  They also gave me 2 free coupons for stay with effect from 2nd July 2021 for validity of six months. though I purchased the membership in September i. e. Two months before the purchase of membership. It means the coupon were valid for 4 months. This is a kind of cheating.
                                  I requested to book Corbett resort with these free coupons. I was informed that Corbett resort can’t be booked with these coupon where as nothing has been mentioned in the coupon. This is also a kind of cheating. I have earned these coupon by investing Rs. 1, 78, 500.

                                  I tried to book the resort using bliss points. I was told booking is full you book some other resort. If I have to book some other resort then why I paid RS 1, 78, 500/- to club Mahindra.
                                  I sent numbers of emails to Your team and bliss.[protected]@mahindraholidays no one is responding.
                                  I request you to refund Rs1, 78, 500 at the earliest.

                                      Hello,

                                      I would like to cancel the Club Mahindra Holiday Membership as resorts are not at all available anytime of the season.

                                      Calling customer care is a waste of time, I called and asked for cancellation he said he is not responsible when I asked him to transfer it to the concerned department he said its not possible.

                                      I am done with Club Mahindra Holiday Membership and want to cancel.
                                      I would definitely not suggest to anyone.

                                      By the way without membership also we can visit these resorts and other websites gives the best price as well.
