I have enrolled club Mahindra membership on[protected] for 10 year blue studio but due to some conditions which was different from brief by sales person and mail received from club Mahindra I have mailed club Mahindra for cancellation of my membership on[protected] to [protected]@mahindraholidays.com
And I also mailto:[protected]@clubmahindra.com, [protected]@mahindraholidays.com

But till date no satisfactory reply...

Had to send them a legal notice to get them to agree.
After agreeing settled only 2/3 points from their own communication appended below.
I settled my dues on the basis of this written confirmation to resolve.
Have called them a few times since then, lot of discussion, explaining and promises but no action.

They promise, I pay, use their facilities but no completion to resolution agreement.

I had taken my Club Mahindra Membership in 2004 on EMI and same has been fully paid on time. However to my surprise I have been debited a sum of Rs.3164.75 as GST difference payable. When I have completed my payment in 2006 itself on schedule much much before GST came in, how can I be charged GST difference. Please reverse the same....

i have more than 5 weeks for holiday pending (ie: 3 weeks in current inventory & rest are over lapsed due to not using it)

but now when i am trying to book a holiday with my family its not allowing me to book dates until I clear my current ASP ie: 2021.

I have applied for Membership on 10th September 2021 and due to personal reasons I have requested to cancel my membership on 11th September 2021 itself. I was informed that I will receive a call from cancellation team with 48 hours of my request, but did not receive any such calls till now. When I contacted customer support on 13th September regarding the same they said I need to wait another 48 hours since my last call. Which is not acceptable....

17530 and 9900×3-installments which I have paid, 17530 and 9900 in club Mahindra account and 19800 in Divyangna Dhaka account, icici bank, as she told that club site is not working, I pay cash and receipt of this will be send to you, instead of receipt she mailed me on official mail, payment received,...

I have booked 2 nights stay at club Mahindra cheer on Aug 2021. The property was beautiful but the rooms were not well maintained. Absolutely no maintenance and dirty rooms were provided when we checked in.The rooms were full of dust particles and room smells a lot. Seems no proper maintenance done for air conditioning as well.We already complained regarding this, but they said they can only provide different room next day due to no availability....

I took membership of Club Mahindra in 2018. Member ID 2822653. Down Payment Made Rs 41830 and 3 EMI of 10669 were paid. A sum total of 73837 was paid to the company.
