[Resolved]  35, SPA Residential Complex, Taimur Nagar, New Delhi-110065 — IMPROPER FOOD SUPPLY IN SEALDAH RAJDHANI ON 1.1.2009

Regarding PNR No.[protected] 1.1.09

At 4.40p.m. from Sealdah Rly Station I (4 persons and 1 child) took Rajdhani express for Delhi. In which they supplied five water bottle on 1.1.2009. On next day i.e. 2.1.2009 they supplied morning breakfast without Tetra pack Juice and for water bottle they ask for 12 rupees per bottle. When I request them to bring complaint book. Then Manager came and inform that we are supplying only now one more water bottle as train is late otherwise we give only one water bottle for the entire visit from Sealdah to Delhi. Which is insufficient. Regarding Tetra Juice they told they will supply in lunch time and they supplied the same. In lunch (due to 11 hours delay) they supplied one rice and one dal only which is insufficient for children also.

Please advice why not two bottles allowed per person when train is reaching on 2nd day and also clarify why not full lunch served on 2.1.2009 when we got full lunch while travelling from Mughal Sarai to Sealdah Rajdhani (which is also late for 5 hrs) on 30.12.2008 PNR No.[protected].

If require, witnesses will be provided who are also travelling from Sealdah to Delhi on 1.1.2009.
