With all due respect I suggest that you look at the original invoice/bid that your tech gave you.

There is no company that I know of that would do a crawlspace clean out for 771.00. As to company follow through, I can not speak.

As to pricing standards most companies vary price from .75 to 2.00 a square foot for a clean out job.



Make sure that your invoice/ bid was written clearly and that there are no mis understandings or expectations.
