[Resolved]  Anchor Marine Surveyors — Transaction Error

Dear Sir,
Please be informing you that I have a current account in Syndicate Bank at Tuticorin Main branch. I was withdrawing the amount of Rs. 8000/- in Indian Overseas Bank ATM at Tuticorin Chidambaranagar Branch on 07.05.2009 at 1408 hrs. But I didn't receive any amount from the ATM and also I received the slip only, it shows ' Temporarily unable to process'. At the same time the amount has been debited from my Syndicate current account. In this regard immediately I reported on the subject matter on 08.05.2009 to the concerned staff in Syndicate & Indian Overseas Bank. But they will not take necessary action & they didn't give proper response for the complaints till now. Hence I request you to take necessary actions against the concern staffs and also please refund the amount (Rs.8000/-) in my account. Your immediate action highly appreciated.

Anchor Marine Surveyors — Change the Plan

Dear Sir,
I have been using Rs. 1099/- (unlimited) plane. I want to change from Rs.1099/- (Unlimited) to Rs.598/- (Limited) Plan. So, Immediatly change the plane. Plase change this plan to immediate to imform this id.
