Andhra Pradesh State Electricity Board — Power Surge caused damaged to our home appliances

Hello, We are living in Chanda Nagar, Hyderabad. There was a power surge yesterday and has caused a lot of damage to the house hold appliances. Request you to let me know where I could raise a complaint with Electricity board as a consumer and claim for the damage incurred.

Respected Sir,

I am resident of Telecom Nagar, Gachibowli. These days we are experiencing frequent power cuts in area. From last week, almost every day the power goes for 4-5 hours in mid-night.

Whenever we call 155333, the reply is same - there is Problem in 33 KV Line Or Line Problem.
I would like to request you, to look in this matter.

If there is a genuine problem in the line, please fix it permanently. It is fine if you cut the power at fixed time every day. But from last one week, it goes any time & will not come for min1 hr & this happens 5-6 times a day & everyday in midnight 12 for 4-5 hours. I have called 15533, almost 50 times in last week.

Please do the needful.

I am resident of HAKEEM STREET, NEAR RAJA VEEDHI, GUDUR (MANDAL), KURNOOL(DT).
These days we are experiencing frequent power cuts in area. from 2 months, almost every day the power goes for 8-10 hours from 6am to 4pm. We dont know to work with out power.
Please take action on power cutting.

I am Ajoy Kumar opposite of Kakatiya Medical college Warangal, pin no:506007, Andhra Pradesh. My complain is during several years a spark flame is taking place our area power transformer more over maximum time power is fluctuating with the very high and law. For this reason our domestic electronics item & business machinery item which are runs through power, had damaged.
So my request is kindly correct this problem.

I live in Darga Street, GUDUR (524101) . The power cut in my area is very frequent. Students have problem in studying and the heat too becomes unbearable. There is no particular timing of power cut and they cut power whenever they wish to do so. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
