[Resolved]  APRIL Valley View Estate - Residential Complex — Fire Hazard at Valley View Estate

Dear Sir,

I am a resident of Valley View Estate, Faridabad Road, Gurgaon, This complex is developed by APIL and is maintained by SFML/PROFAC which is a sister concern of Ansals.

I would like to bring to your notice that at present there are more than 800 families living in 10 different towers.

Please be noted that that majourity of fire fighting equipments are out of order and non functional.

We would request you to kindly conduct a fire inspection of all the towers and direct APIL to meet all the basic fire requirments for a high rise building.

To give you brief the following equipments are out of order since last 6 months.

1. Fire Engines
2. PA Sysytems
3. Fire Alarm Panels
4. Fire Controle Room Panels
5. Fire Hyderents
6. Preshure Pumps for Fire Hydrents

All above mentioned equipments are out of order from last 6 months. It seems as if Ansal Brothers want to repeat UPHAR episode once again.

In spite of our regular reminders no one in the concern authorities is bothered to address this issue.

Now it seems that Ansals will only wakeup post accident.

Your intervention by conducting an inspection on site and issuing relevent orders from the government authorities might wake up Ansals.

Thanks you.
