IN VIEW OF MY COMPLAINT I AM FURNISHING A BRIEF HISTORY OF CASE AND IN SECOND PHASE THE PROCEEDINGS PART AS ON COMPANYS AGGREMENT THEY TOLD THEY WILL ABIDE BY LOWER COURTS VERDICT BUT NOW THEY ARE STRETCHING THE ISSUE BY SOME OR THE OTHER CAUSE. THEIR LEGAL DIVISION IS HADLING THE CASE BY MR.RAGVENDRA,BPL SANYO,BANGLORE. CAN YOUR SITE PROVIDE ME HELP IN THIS HARRASHMENT ATTITUDE OF COMPANY.

I an D.P.Johri 72 yrs retired as industrial engineer from STEEL AUTHORITY OF INDIA,with Faith in B.P.L had purchased a tv BDR-25 ON 30-10-01,COSTING RS.21,650.Since beginning it started with COLOUR PATCH moved next to a major failure in CIRCUIT BOARD this took almost 3 months for repair though not satisfied made a compromise draw the tv from service station,now a major failure occured in PICTURE TUBE YOKE ,tried to rectify but couldn’t do so at this point of time I had approached all possible communications made in B.P.L ORGANISATION i.e. BHOPAL,BANGLORE AS SPECIFED in warranty sheets.I had gone personally to your RAIPUR OFFICE c/o Mr. DEWANGAN but got no help,when got a reply from Mr.Dheeraj JAIN “JO KARNA HA KAR LO”I had no option but to move to consumer court.This all had taken in course of WARRANTY period.
Rest as you know fron district court,to state forum and from there to national forum things are going by,recently I came to know that service centre was closed down and I was unable to trace my tv which I had dropped almost 4 ½ yrs back.Going through the search process I came across your blog on a site towards B.P.L TECHNOVISION , YOUR service commintment made me feel to come forward and go for a blog to you regarding my problem. As I am retired you can think the TV which I had purchased for my recereation had put me to all types of stress,mentally and financially.In all this process due to a improper service behaviour I had incurred into a extra burden of Rs.12,000 towards fees paid to various courts apart from my cost Rs.21,650.

SIR,
I AM D.P.JOHRI, 72 YRS FROM BHILAI (CHHATISGARH)HAD PURCHASED A B.P.L. TV IN 2004 BUT DUE TO PROBLEMS I HAD TO FILE A CASE AT DURG CONSUMER FORUM, FROM HERE I HAD WON BUT DUE TO COMPANY'S APPEAL AT STATE CONSUMER I HAD APPEARED AND HAD WON HERE TOO.AGAIN APPEAL WAS MADE BEFORE N.C.D.R.C DELHI, HERE WE HAD APPEARED ON MY 1ST HEARING BUT NOW I CAME TO KNOW FROM SOURCES THAT COMPANY HAD WITHDRAWN THE APPEAL,UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES IAN NOT AWARE OF STATUS,KINDLY HELP ME IN THIS REGARD SO THAT I CAN FILE AN APPLICATION FOR EXECUTION AT LOWER COURT.

Sanyo TV — TV not repaired even after 3 MONTHS
I bought a Sanyo flat screen TV in Jan 2008, unfortunately just after 1.5 years it stopped working. The screen will not stay it will keep on flickering all the time. I registered a complaint and after 10 days of follow up i was told that they had to take the TV to thr service station. That was JULY 22,2010, till date NOV 8th 2010 i have not received my TV. I stay in Rohini and their service station is in some where near Naharpur Village. Thr is a guy with the name Vijay who is suppose to be a some head/manager but this guy has NO CLUE what they doing. Apart from making false promises he CANNOT do a thing. Now he has even stopped picking my phone, each time someone else answer and give some or other EXCUSE. I want to file a suite against this company, can someone please help me with the process. ALSO, PLEASE PLEASE NEVER EVER PURCHASE SANYO PRODUCT. Thr AFTER SALES Service SUCKS !!
