[Resolved]  barista — Cockroach found crawling on muffins

Hi,
Today I and my mom visited Barista, Inorbit Mall, Malad. We ate 'chocolate excess' with ice cream there. When I went to pay the bill, I decided to have a double choco chip muffin packed for home. I paid the entire amount by my card(I have reciepts of the transaction),when I noticed a crockroach crawling over another chocolate muffin kept in the shelf. I felt like vomiting. I immediately pointed it to the person on the counter, and he threw that muffin away. Then he apologised and gave me another muffin, saying that it is clean. Now I just coud not eat another thing from that shelf, I returned that piece, and asked for a refund for the muffin, which they gave me. But I am extermely disgusted by the expierence, and I feel unsure of what I had already eaten. Please do something about that outlet. It spoiled all the memories that I have of Barista. Cleanliness and Hygiene should be considered important for names as Barista.
