Today, we had the food at the Beverly Hotel, Kilpauk chennai. We had never encountered this kind of the poor quality food in our recent times and Beverly being a star rated hotel we had expected an excellent service and food quality and being a New Year we expected the spread to be all the more good. We had visited the hotel today at 12.40pm and to our surprise most of the food was over and the captain wanted us to take what ever is available else wait....... as the quality of the food was bad we wanted to meet the food and beverage manager to have the feedback given to him. We met Mr. Jayakumar - F& B Manager and expressed our dislike and unacceptance of the service and wanted to complain to higher authorities. To quote Mr. Jayakumar "you all eat what is available others are not complaining, eat and leave and now pay the bill" he had the pride of accepting the customers negative feedback with a big thank you and said complaint where ever you want..... I wanted to know the seniors numbers he has quoted saying "I dont know who is the chairman and some Radhakrishnan or somebody is heading this hotel." I have never come across such a F&B manager with such an attitude....... we have recorded our dislike and expressed our concerns through the customer feedback form Hope you all review it and take ample steps...... we will definetly not host or visit your hotel for any reasons from now........
