[Resolved]  Bhimrajka Impex Ltd. — credit card

sir,
I am the holder of the ICICI Bank American Express card no.[protected], valid thru 09/06 to 08/10.

1. many hotels and companies are not accepting the Amex card, and therefore I would like to change this to an ICICI card affiliated to Mastercard or Visa which are more readily accepted.

2. I have also not received credit dard statement for the last two months. The last one received was the transaction details Oct. 2, 2008 - Nov. 2, 2008.

3. I made a call at the at the tool free no. [protected] and spoke to a lady last month but she did not ring me back regarding the change over from Amex to Visa, etc.

Hope you will kindly do the needful. I am ready to meet in person anyonr in charge at Mumbai.
