[Resolved] Bigtel Infocom Pvt. Ltd. — Refund of security deposit for add on connection on

Subject:- Refund of security deposit for add on connection on
Mobile No. [protected].
I am using above Vodafone mobile post paid connection since 2005 which is
in my Company’s name (ABI Pvt. Ltd.).
On 26/6/08 one of your associates Bigtel Infocom Pvt. Ltd. A-14, Okhla
Industrial area phase-I, New Delhi-110020. Offered me add on Post paid
Connection on above mobile number and delivered new SIM No. [protected] and collected Rs.250/- towards security deposit for the new connection vides their receipt No.2368 dated 26/6/08.
Against new SIM neither Mobile No. was allotted nor the SIM was activated
I lodged my complaints several times.
Last Complaints were 1.) 7/07/2008 Date & Serv.Reg.No.-[protected].
2.) 8/07/2008 Date & Serv.Reg.No.-[protected].
Since no action was taken on my complaints till 9/07/08, I cancelled my
request for add on connection at your store at cannught circus (D-27) vide
SR No.[protected] on 9/07/08.
I was told that refund cheque for Rs. 250/- in my name will be ready at
D-27 store in cannaught circus after 45 days.
Please inform if my refund cheque is made and ready and when can I collect the same. If it is not ready yet than please make it ready at the earliest in the name of Dinesh Kumar Sharma and inform me when to collect it.
