[Resolved] BPL mobile services — unauthorised deductions from Prepaid bills
The first complaint against BPL mobile service provider is that they never attend to the complaints of the customers. Whenever any call is made to toll free number of msg is sent, the charges are deducted from the prepaid balance. This is totally unethical on the part of service provider. The balance available in prepaid account is utilised unathorizedly and then no one is ready to explain. Immediate action needs to be taken on this.
