This is to inform you that you have been officially cleared for payment by the Cash Grant Program Coordinator Catholic Charity.
The original copy of your cheque worth 2.5 million dollars from the Catholic Charity stating that the money was obtained legally through Catholic Charity Foundation will be sent to you as soon as you meet with any of the option selected and your cheque will be couriered to you immediately.
As regards your email, may i quickly inform you that we have so far made delivery to two other consignee from same Catholic Charity to Brazil and Canada and they have so far confirmed back to us about the smooth delivery of their packages to them and the successful clearance of their various DRAFT in their bank accounts.
You can now begin the final step of the claims process, which is the couriering of your grant to you. With regards to this, there are three options open to you, you are required to select the most convenient of the three.

The insurance company declined reverse payment for the courier, stating that it is against their professional policy towards ensuring the safe delivery of the draft to you. That if a reverse payment is made, and something goes wrong such as you requesting a refund, that we/you cannot sue the courier company or insurance company to recover the full value of the fund as stipulated in the draft since payment for insurance cover was not made at point of mailing.
With the above reason, reverse payment is ruled out and payment must be made before we deliver your parcel.
Hence, you are to forward the cost of mailing your parcel with any of the courier channel/options you choose above to us.
Note that your grant is protected by a hardcover insurance policy by ALPHA INSURANCE COMPANY, which makes it impossible to deduct any amount from the money before it has been remitted to you. This means that the above charges cannot be deducted from the prize and hence must be provided by you before your cheque is courierd to you.
Also, we cannot open the parcel to take out anything as that contravenes the Postal Privacy Rule(PPR) signed into law by the European Union after the 2001 Convention of Postal Agencies in Warsaw Poland as adopted and amended by the British Shipping, Freight and Cargo Delivery Association(BFCDA) as an act of the British Parliament
Please note that all payments must be made overhead as it is against the policy of the Catholic Charity for benefactor to receive their winnings short of the full amount as stated in the program act of the British Parliament and adopted by the British courier company. Moreover because of the insurance policy, deducting from your draft before being remitted to you is impossible as well as illegal.
You are to respond to this email by making your choice of the Options available to you for the delivery of your grant so that we can give you details on how to pay so that we can proceed immediately with your draft Delivery.
