[Resolved]  City Bank / Credit Card — Payment of non purchased Items

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Please help me in this regard as I have not purchased anything on my city bank credit card and City bank is following me for the payment of the same this is the latest reply from my side to the mail from city Bank mail.
Kindly look in to matter and guide.

Dear Sir,
As I have asked in responce to your mails several; times, Please tell me that why should I pay this amount where I have not purchased any thing on the card, In this regard Please clarify me on following Issues,
A. Please tell me that what I have purchase d And When?
B. If It is Insurance Policy Payment then show me that when agreed to pay the same .& who authorise you to make payment for this ?because I have never requested for that.
C. Show me the details of Insurance Policy which was given to me anytime by You.
D. why you people are not replied me before to my several mails stating the same resons to wawe off the payments?
Why should I make the payment of the bill against which I have not Purchased Any thing ? this Followpu from your side causing me serious pains .& requesting you to wawe off all the payment and close my credit card facilityas of today.

Even I received the same email from Citibank for the credit card. My card is retained and I changed my address and also I changed my cell phone number. Please let me know what happened with your case and we both can help each other in getting out of this...
