Dew, Coke etc. — Overcharging

I am Lakhwinder Singh, residing at Chandigarh. I want to register a complaint against one shopkeeper who selling product (clod drinks i.e. dew, coke etc.) with the overcharges. I went to Chamunda Ji on 17th May’10 with my team and visited a shop “Sweets and Tea Stall” (mentioned on the license of the shop) this shop is located on the main road and out side of Chamunda Ji temple. At that time Ravikant (An old person) was there in shop. I asked him for four cold drinks. He asked me to pay 100/- for these. I said it should be 88/- Rs. Only as original MRP is 22rs/- per bottle. He said that he will include services taxes and electricity charges too in the price. I said it s your duty serve it as cold. He denied and asked me to pay 88/- for hot ones. I said it is against the rules. Then I dialed a helpline no. mentioned on the bottle of Dew. But it was showing invalid no. so I asked about the owner of the shop he said that he is just a worker over there and he does not have the no. of the owner of the shop. He just misbehaved with me on that time.
Request you to kindly look into the concern that I am just highlighting over here as I am your customer and revert me back on my mail id [protected]@yahoo.co.in or your can contact me on my nos. i.e. [protected] or [protected]. But I want action against that person. I want his license to be cancelled as he is just cheating the public and not afraid of loosing his license. I want just +ve revert of this mail. I am attaching the photos of that person herewith with the license and rate mentioned on the bottle. For your satisfaction you can visit there on his shop and can ask for the cold drink bottle (500 ML plastic bottle/Pet bottle) but without revealing your identity.
