I had purchased 2 pkts of coriander seeds (dhaniya seeds) on 14.05.2010 from reliance fresh at keshwapur, hubli and i was charged Rs 36.00 for 200 gms,(whopping Rs 180.00 kg) where as the same thing is available at Rs 85.00 kg). Is it not day light robbery ?
The staff at above stores are the most discourtious to say the least. It took 30 mnts to get the complaint register. The staff including supervisor(i was told manager is on leave) do not know email address of your company for lodging complaint. when I insisted that they must tell me the email address of the manager, they gave me address of harish.[protected]@zmail.ril.com and I dont know how genuine it is. I am forwarding this mail to mr Harish Padasalgi also.
I had lost the bill of above purchase and requested your staff to look in to my complaint. I had taken the two packets of coriander seeds and relaince card but your supervisor bluntly told without original bill nothing can be done. If you cant retrieve bill of 5 days old, then what is the use of flaunting such state of the art billing machines and computers?..
If you continue like this days are not far when you shut another reliance fresh shop.
I am deeply hurt. This is for your information and dont expect any action as when I went through the complaint register, it is full of complaints worse than mine but absolutely no trace of any action.
