[Resolved]  E.E.EUDD ,MORADABAD, U.P-244001 — IMMEDIATE PENALTY OF RS.456000.00

Dear/Sir,
we are using two electricity connections having seprate electronic meters one domestic meter is in the name of my grand father late shri b.p.s.rastogi and other one is industralist meter in the name of ankit rastogi, we are paying the bills up to date regularly on[protected] we had received the latest bill of domestic meter by the electricity department person and on[protected] all the checking camp team come and take the meter out and take it away to there camp where there executive engineer Mr.Anil Mittal was sitting .without siging nor opening that meter and saying verbally that it was tampered.there call us as my father is a cancer patient and he was operated on[protected] in Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and research center delhi, there they told me that we are making fir to arrest you or else u should pay a sum of rs.456000.00 in cash so that they can leave me as i was alone there they are more than 30 persons, and they scared me, i told them that i do not have so much of money than they told me that we will impose on you double penalty as we are also combining ur industrialist meter to your domestic one and you will have a penalty of rs.800000.00, i got in fear and i was helpless therefoe i paid two cheques favouring EE.Eudd-1 moradabad u.p.244001 one amounting to rs.220000.00 and the other one of rs.50000.00, when the incidence took place i was not at home they took the meter without knowing anybody, .they make all the fake statements and at this time i do not have money so please help me up and oblige
