[Resolved]  EASY DAY(BHARTI RETAIL LTD.) — REGARDING M.R.P

I have purchased a tetra pack of Kissan Tomato Ketchup(bar code:[protected],on 16/01/2010 from EasyDay store at Choti Baradari,Patiala-147004.The M.R.P printed on the product was Rs.76.00/-,but they have charged Rs.78.25/-.I want to know that "can retail store charge price more than M.R.P"?It means that Govt.will never control inflation,if these stores starts charging money from consumers.

Dear Madam / Sir,

Through this communication I am trying to bring certain imperative facts in your notice that I experienced recently while dealing with Bharti’s Easyday Store, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, UP

We been using various VIP products for last 30 years and we are quite satisfied with the quality & standard of VIP’s product & services. I am sorry to say this time I am force to rethink on my perception about VIP and Easyday store as well.
It happened so, I had bought two VIP’s luggage from Luggage section of Easyday on 28th April 2010. I was told by Easyday staff in case of any defect with these luggages, we can come to Easyday with warranty card.

All of sudden we observe slight defect in one luggage and we contacted Easyday Official at the store (Vaishali, Ghaziabad, UP) for the refinement, Yesterday.

I am really amazed and stunned to see the service attitude of Easyday’s staff. They literally refused to take any action in this regard. Even I produced the Warranty card and make request, but they were deaf to the repeated request made by me and I was asked to contact VIP. This is just ridiculous and unethical.

What do I make of all this? I AM DISGUSTED with the service standard of a so-called world-class customer caring retail store.

It is indeed bugging for an unsuspecting customer like me who has faith in a company but comes to a rude shock on buying its product.

Please reinstate the faith I reposed in your company or it will leave a sour taste as the incident rankles in the mind.

Easy Day is also looting the consumer as well as country by selling unsolicited toffees at till. Cashier never gives 50 paisa change to consumer. For Instance, Your Bill is 144.50. The cashier will sk you to pay Rs. 145 and your 50 paisa goes in his pocket automatically. It happens 300-400 times daily in most of stores. and the cashier makes money illegally with these wrong methods. And another be fooling strategy of EASY DAY is they intentionally abate prices 50 paisa low than MRP. Like the M.RP. is Rs. 60 and they will charge you 59.50 or 59.70, But they don't give a change for that. Like your Total Bill is- Rs. 449 and you give Rs. 450 to cashier with expectation of return the change of Rs. 1, Which is your right.But Instead of returning Re 1 They sell a toffee and I want to draw your attention that these toffees are not sold officially. These are just synonyms of Rs.1 or Rs.2 coin. They don't give a bill of that toffees. These are sold unofficially or in Black. Daily more than 1000 toffees are sold unofficially on the name of change and this black money goes into the BHARTI without any TAX. On 20 september, I shopped from the EASY DAY worth Rs. 68.50 and casier asked to pay rs. 69 and When I gave Rs. 100 Note. He gave me a change of Rs. 30 and a toffee worth Rs. 1. In this way, They are duping all the customers by selling unsolicited toffees. If they have no change, Then can keep that change in customer's account.Or they should make any procedure, So that customer can get his own money without any hassle.Its bloody hell!!! the customer is struggling to get his own Re 1.
Yes! Easy day is duping customers by abating MRP 50 or 20 paisa as a Marketing strategy and cashier is ready to loot your Re 1 or 50 paisa at Till. Cashier and EASY DAY both make black money by selling toffees and by grabbing 50 paisa change of customer.So always be prepared keep a change or use debit or credit card for shopping. I have pledged not to waste even my 1 paisa in Easy Day. So should you?
The attitude of easyday towards complaints of customers is very poor. There is no official site where the customer can lodge his complaint which has made the staff of easyday very arrogant. They challenge the customer to do whatever they can do. This is what one Sunil Verma, who claimed to be the team leader at Easyday, Jalandhar said
I HAD PURCHASED LG REFRIGRATOR ( 25TH OF APRIL)FROM EASY DAY ON EXCHANGE BASIS, THEY POMISED ME, WHEN WE WILL DELIVERED YOUR FRIDGE WE WILL TAKE BACK YOUR OLD FRIDGE BACK AND PAY YOU SAME TIME,
THEY DELIVERD SAME TIME BUT NOT EXCHANGE, I ASKED THEM WHY NOT YOU ARE TAKING OLD ONE THEY SAID WE WILL COME BACK TOMORROW FOR FOR PICK UP. NOW TILL DATE THEY ARE NOT CAME BACK, I HAD GONE OVER THERE MANY TIMES FOR THE SAME EVRY TIME THEY SAID TODAY WE ARE COMING FOR PICK UP.BUT STILL IAM WAITING.

Although it is not good to complain against the services of any stores but now it is on nerves and i am very sure that easy day head department will do nothing as they consider this complain also as part n parcle. But still i would like to highlight this worst service providing attitude and irresponsibility of the pethatic staff of Easy day store located near Botanical Garden Metro station, Noida. not one time but multiple of times we orderd for home delievery and we received the order either after 5 hours or so or even they forget to deliever after keeping in reocrds. We use to call these guys n number of times and they hardly pick our call. and whenever they pick the call the same answer we reeive that "bus abhi pohach raha hai delievery boy nikal chuka hai apka order lekar"...bloody hell...n then also the delievery boy face Indian ocene to cross the road and deliever the order. you guys have a suggestion either you stop your home deleivery services or kindly put some responsible staff to perform their duties properly. dont increase the blood pressure of the customer everytime. if you cant take it seriously to any issues of the customers seriously then you guys should shame on yourslef. Have no respect for customers, making fool of them.

On 13/09/2012 i hv purchased bed sheet from Easy day at indirapuram (Ghaziabad). After one wash its color faded and the same is returned by me to the store.
now i hv been told that there is no guarantee for color
i want i ask to the easy day bharti retail management that why should
i suffer for the mistake which is done by the easy day store for keeping he sub standard material.

Kindly solve my problem.
