Electricity Board Of Haryana (Faridabad) — power cut in the morning without prior intemation

there is always power cut during the mornig time while everybody is preparing for school or office. these cuts are without any prior intemation.These cuts are between 7.00am - 9.30am which is the peek hours for everybody for there preperation to office.
We are not against the electry saving by this way but not at the cost of duty timings cut.
So pls.covey this message to the regardig intitution.
