[Resolved] GILMA Valido — Need replacement of the model purchased
We purchased gilma Valido 4 weeks(Jan'2009) back.We have not used it a single day and both the Chimney and the Stove has been RUSTED.
We called Customer Service of GILMA, they delayed coming for checking the new chimney and stove by 1 week.
Then they said they would send their Senior to check who did not come for 15 days...After that they said they would let us know what the status is.We spoke to THANDAVESHWAR -Mobile No - [protected] Their manager who is not ready to come and check what has happened and what is the solution...
We need GILMA to address this issue as soon as possible..
