[Resolved]  Godrej & Boyce. Mfg. Co.ltd.- Alliance Division — Godrej Frost Free Refrigerator not working

Sir,
Though your Godrej customer care, Ranigunj, Hyderabad Branch technician visited my house to attend the complain vide complain no 564205 dt 24/4/2009, and the technician declaring the cause of the rerigerator not working is due to unserviceable thermostat valve, but being a brand new product and bearly functioning only for a fortnight, I suspect there must be some manufacturing defect (When i asked your technician he is also of the same opinion ).
Hence as the Product of mine is under warranty period, I humbly request you to replace the product, for which i approached your godrej company, Ref: via E.mail dated 27/4/2009 to the Email ID's [protected]@godrej.com, [protected]@godrej.com, and [protected]@godrej.com.
As my compailn is genuine, I hope the top management will take a favorable decision and replace the product with a new one.

Dear Sir,
I had purchaged a New Refrigerator on 31/05/2008 model.
This have not modle identyfication on refrigerator and having lotoff black spot& waves on right and left side
we had complained for this than tecnician come try to remove black spot and for waves said due to net in side this come in every freege. but when I visted in showroom, I had seen very lite waves on that model. so I consider ok may be some extra wave comes on this peace.
But on 02/04/09 refrigerator working stoped. then complained to customer care, technician came and said timer not working and exchanged it and pressrised to us take AMC of refrigerator.
Now today 21/05/09 It is again stoped working.
So We are under stand they are deliverd old Refrigerator

This is not a complaint. this is a message of appreciation to Godrej Company from a totally satisfied and loyal customer.

We have purchased a Godgrej 165 LT. Refrigeraor Model PUPCG Red, Cabinet No.1344499 Compressor No.1344499 under bill No.BB.1002 dated 5.10.1991 from Nariman Sales & Services, Dr. Ambedkar Road, Aurangabad 431 001, Maharashtra. Subsequently my family shifted to Mumbai and now we are in Chennai.

We had absolutely no problem on the refrigerator except a complaint of door not closing properly in March 1996 which was attended by your service team in Mumbai. For the last five years we are in Chennai. the Refrigerator is still working, though on and off it stops working and then again starts working.

We appreciate the quality of Godrej Refrigerator With this pleasant experience about one year ago we also became a customer for Godrej Split A.C which is also working alright till now.

We are aware that the above Refrigerator has given us good service a long time and we cannot depend on this piece any longer. so we would like to buy a new one. U can, i[censored] desire, take reference of this satisfied customer for ur future promotions.

Meantime, please let me know whether u can give us any scheme to buy a new one, we shall return the old refrigerator which u can study.

I do not know whether I am giving this comments to the proper location. However, reading this message please make it reach to Godrej Top Management please.

I purchased a storewell from Godrej & boyce’s showroom, Godrej lifespace store, No. 80/81, Prakasam Salai, broadway, Chennai-600108. Order No. 68986 dt.[protected] and Invoice No. 841/24062753 dt.[protected]. Cost of storewell Rs. 19046 and delivery charge Rs. 1400/-. During the time of purchase the store room personals told that even a small scratches found a new storewell will be replaced immediately finally it was door delivered on 16.11.09. It was found that the storewell was supplied with damaged doors and scratches, at the time of delivery I was out of station. Next day I contacted the show room personal he told me that a service person will inspect and according to his report action will be taken but there was no body visited. I contacted helpline Chennai office and a complaint was registered to rectify the defects vide my complaint No. 364942 dt 19.11.2009 and next day a service man called from Chennai to my home that since our place is out of city so we have to pay for him to attend to visit. It was informed to service centre since the delivery carried out by you we could not pay. So far no service engineer visited my house to carry out the repair or replacement of the cupboard in spite of my phone calls made by me from[protected] to till date[protected]. Since the complaint is not attended for a long time. Godrej helpline people advised me to contact Mr. Gopu/Mohan, GM, Service, Chennai but nobody is lifting their phone. I am unable to use the cupboard and I have no other alternative except to take up the matter with the consumer court.

I had sent my old godrej cupboard for repainting . I received it on sat 17th Apr 2010 but the lock has been changed without informing and no keys have been provided.

Dear Sir, I ve purchased one Washing & a microoven on 3/5/2010 from Great eastern kol. I ve been informed your serviceman will come to my residence for demo within 3 days.But no response after 8 days passed.One mobile call from ur office [protected] had taken appointment to come to demo on 11/05/2010 at 5 pm. I with my family member canceling all other pev. appointment stayed at home looking for ur coming . But none came . How strenge .It is not expected like ur company Dr Debarsi Das & Adhir Kr Das

Godrej and boyce/ refrigerator — Refrigerator after sales service

Hi,
I wonder whether this mail will reach to you and struck u towards some service orientation????

I have had purchased a Refrigerator from Godrej in 2007 -Godrej eon. And subsequently registered for 5 years AMC as well. The Refrigerator is having some cooling issues and for which I had registered a complaint around mid may and then on 25th may but no one turned from your end , I had to register a complaint again on 28th may , speak to few customer care officers and was shocked to note that my complaint was punched as closed without any one from Shubham Agency visting the house , finally with the help of customer care officers I got a new complaint no and assurance that some one would visit us shortly but the person turned up from the aligned Shubham Agency on 31st may'10 for which my father gave the feedback on the complaint management sheet as attached ....., despite the feedback our complaint was addressed as closed

Today I again called up your call centre and had a heated argument with Mr Hari , the person was very disrespecting, impolite , reluctant to hear anything and was arguing beyond means , didn’t allowed me to speak to somebody senior and finally he disconnected my phone call without giving me the complaint no despite I requesting for the same.

Can I simply understand why is my issue not been resolved so long ,when I had obtained a service feedback from my local known that there is an issue with the regulator in my refrigerator, still its not being addressed and complaints are getting closed despite the type of feedback given and person not visiting the premise ?

How can company of Godrej's repute behave so unprofessionally as if some LALA company?????

Only time I received a good service I Jaipur was from Mercury solutions for my AC , why cant some engineer be sent from there premise , if shubham agency is incapable .?

Or else why can't a service engineer from the company itself visit instead of sending the vendors????

Further I would like to understand how can a call be closed despite the feedback saying not attended properly and issue not resolved?????

I would appreciate a timely revert and resolution of the issue on a speedier basis as my refrigerator is again not working since 22nd late evening ??
