[Resolved]  GSM SIMCARD Rim — offer of Rs. 10.00 for local mobile balance

I have bought one GSM simcard from Reliance Web World Latuche Road, Kanpur
before 15.01.2009 which is working with Mobile No. [protected].
with offer of Rs. 10/Day and R2R free from 11 p.m to 6 a.m. as Reliance web world sales executive told me.
But I am getting only Rs. 5 and also 1 paisa has been deducted after
11 p.m when I do any local call from this mobile no. i.e [protected]
I am not understanding why I am facing this problem.
Please solve my problem as soon as posssible.
