[Resolved] HDFC Bank phone Banking and Bank Service — DFC hone Banking And Banking Service.
This a complaint against the center at Rajouri Garden, this is not the first time the calls have been disconnected without even speaking to an agent. I have experienced call getting disconnected by Agents also. Today it was Hardeep, who was supposed to be a supevisor.
I had been calling for a bank statement to be sent to me through email, even though i was registered for email statements i was told i was not, i also read the whole email i received for the email statement on March 13th and Feb 23rd still Pooja did not admit that these could have been from HDFC, i got a complaint no. P39580142. I called back to confrm the no. I was disconnected 3 times without even speaing to some one. (9:22 9:27 am)
I called back and i was told i was being transfered to a supervisor and the call was disconnected without reaching a supervisor.
I called again i spoke to Preeti who said she will transfer to the supervisor Hardeep came o the phone i asked for the complaint no. and she disconnected the call.
I called again i spoke to Komal wo said she cannot log a complaint against Hardeep as she is the supervisor and asked for transfering the call to Supervisor. Kriti came on the phone and said Hardeep is not a supervisor. Though she confirmed the complaint no.
Please note the amount of time and money spent on phone.
Also nte the no. of times call was disconnected Both without speaking to someone an while speaking to some one ( min of 5 disconnects within and hour)
I was told it is a techncal fault (Irony 5 times with the same customer within an hour)
In the email statement it is specifically mentioned that the Discntinuaion of the email statement woul be with prior notice to the customer

HDFC Bank may withdraw, add to or modify the internet Banking facilities from time to time by notice to the customer. While advance notice of maintenance work likely to affect the Internet Banking facilities shall be given, Bank reserves the right to suspend, upon notice, access to Internet Banking facilities or the provision of all or any of the services at any time if the bank deems it necessary to do so in the event of an emergency (opinion of Bank to be conclusive in this respect) or for security reasons.
If this is the statement in the email whiy was the email stement discontinued.
I need action against the representatives and supervisors who discontinued the calls
Why is this kind of service being given to the customers, for maintaining their accounts with the Bank.
