[Resolved] Honda Unicorn Bike (Reg No. Ka19 X 9049) Silver Metallic — faulty bike
through this letter, i would like to bring to your kind attention that, day-before yesterday i kept vehicle for problem checking and also mileage shortage checking at surathkal planet motors. mangalore honda matrix service centre people asked it to get it there. but i wonder, those people checked only mileage and they charged rs. 55/-. And rest of the problems which I was mentioned in the job_card form kept pending. Don’t you feel, this guy is complaining now and then for small problems? Don’t think like that, because some customers don’t have enough knowledge about how to deal between vehicle and dealer. We are from respected newspaper named karavali ale, kannada which is well circulated from kasaragod to karwar and till sullia. And we are observing many case now and then every time. can u explain why every time they are taking charge for under warranty vehicle. these things will be seriously considered. this is not the question of little amount. but if you keep on charging this much in warranty period, unless it completes the warranty how much you will charge? can u explain. apart from this, my vehicle was in good condition when i kept it for checking at surathkal, but it was either surathkal or mangalore service center people's irresponsibility they made damaged my vehicle. bike either accidented or falled down. right side damage found. these things will be seriously considered. as i warned before, i am decided to move towards consumer court for these irresponsible handling of vehicle and don’t feel bad, I will issue a notice for these things and also, till this date, you don’t have enough knowledge to set right the vehicle chain problem. you have to meet the customers requirement. don't mistake me. i would like to know your company e-mail id, so that i can attach the bills which they have charged after buying the bike.
