[Resolved] HOTEL BAWA INTERNATIONAL — Service Deficiency
Hi, My Complaint is against the Hotel Staff who behaved very disruptively on 31/12/2007. I visited for New Year Celebration. It was informed to us that it will be opened till 5am in the morning while buying the entry passes(Bistro-Eternity Mall,Thane). And they closed it around 3am. There promises were not met spirits were served as per their choice,availabilty of starters was too low.
Mr.Bhandari(Manager-High Stake) & Mr. George D'mello(F&B Manager)treated rudely and misbehaved when they were asked for the reason of this false commitment.There statements were like "We are closing the Bar dont disturb me",I have not taken anybodys responsibilty". I'm the member of this Hotel, and Mr.George D'mello knows it very well. My concern is if members are treated in this manner what will happen to guests. I would rather prefer not to visit this hotel and cancel my membership if not received any satisfactory answer.
