[Resolved]  Hyundai 1.0 Ton Split Ac — excessive charges of installation ‏

We have purchase Hyudai split AC on Sunday i.e August 17, 2008 from your store located at Manpada, Thane (West). delivery promptly made on August 18, 2008. The details of purchase are as under

It was made very clear at the time of purchase that the AC fitting will be done by ourselves thro' our regular mechanic. But I am describing the events after thereafter suggesting nexus between your store and mechanic or agencies appointed by your store and rude/absurd and illogical answers given by customer care department

1} Within few minutes AC reach at our residence, so called your mechanic is at our doors
2} My wife sent him back, since she wants to consult me
3} Charges asked for fitting are {Rs. 1500/- Plus Rs. 950/- for stand, total Rs. 2450/-}
4} From you store and customer care we have received atlest 6 call regarding installation of AC, we have overwhelmed with their concern but politely told that we will do installation at our end
5} But again next day morning your so called technician are at our doorsteps with stands i;e today 19.08.2008
6} We have called your customer care on Cell No. [protected] to enquire, provide us very rude and shocking answers as under
a} If AC is not installed from our technician we will not provide warranty and any other services?
---- Warranty is provided by Hyundai Co. or Next?
b} How you can justify your abnormal charges i.e. more than 10% of total product cost?
--- Do you have any explanation for the same, your salesman also warn us about fitting charges don't you think you are cheating your customers? What is nexus this all about?
c} When we called your customer care, they rudely told us don't talk about Rs. 2500/- we are charging Rs. 10000/- also ?
--- Don't you think is this shocking? Are your customer care not having any etiquettes when they are dealing with their esteem customers?
d} After all such episode, my wife have decided to install AC thro' your so called technician, then again your customer care dept. have called and offer to call back the technician.
e} We have asked your customer care to give us in writing that, if the AC was not installed thro' their technician they are not providing us 1 year warranty and services. Your customer care rudely agreed for the same.

Now My Demand are as under
1} Provide me in writing that you will not provide any warranty if AC was installed thro' our technician.
2} Explanation/Justification for installment charges ( More than 10% of product cost)
3} Reasoning of rude behavior from your customer care
4} Why I should buy or recommend anybody to buy any product from NEXT?
5} Why you are not providing receipts for installment charges? and other parts not covered under standard fittings?
