[Resolved] Immke Northwest Honda — Customer Service
The minute we walked into Immke Honda, it was like we were invisible. No one welcomed or knowledged us even though there were 4 salesmen standing by the door. We looked around for awhile and no one offered us any help. We finally went up to the receptionist and asked for a salesperson. She went got one for us. We told him we wanted to look and test drive a few cars. He handed us the first key and walked us over to the car, then he went to go greet returning customers, leaving us alone. He gave us the key to the second car, and left us alone again while he engaged with his other customers. We waited after we were done but he never checked up on us again, so we handed the key to the receptionist and walked out. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! If you're can't help us, then refer us to someone else who can. We went to Honda a Georgesville where we were greeted and taken care of the minute we parked our car. Thank you, now that was GREAT customer service.
