[Resolved] INDICA - DLS - EURO - 2 — Colour

This is to inform you that I, Sebabrata Chatterjee, wanted to purchase one INDICA – DLS – EURO2(Colour – Blue/ Green/ Arizona/ Cherry Red) in the month of April from your authorized dealer P. J. Janee & Co., Asansol, West Bengal. As the colour which I wanted to purchase was not available with the said dealer, I booked it in the name of Mr. Debabrata Mukherjee with an advance cash deposit of Rs2000/- vide receipt no. 8013/9141 dated 26.04.08. They assured me that I would get the colour of my choice by 15-20 days. Loan has been sanctioned and loan account has also been opened. I was in touch with them for almost one & half months regarding the delivery of the said car. But now they are saying that they got Cavin Grey colour in place of any of the four colours(stated above) from the company and price has also gone up by Rs2000/-.
It is not expected from a company like Tata. After one & half months I am not getting the delivery of the said car (Colour – Blue/ Green/ Arizona/ Cherry Red) and I have to pay two thousand rupees more!!
Please do the needful in this regard so that I can get the colour of my choice as early as possible and I need not to pay the extra amount as I booked the car on 26.04.08.
I again repeat the colours (INDICA – DLS – EURO2) as per preference:
i)Cosmic Blue ‘or’ any other Blue which is available with INDICA – DLS – EURO2
ii)Pestal Green ‘or’ any other Green which is available with INDICA – DLS – EURO2
I have already sent the letter along with other papers by fax.
