I wish to inform that I took a new broadband connection of Tata Indicom on 26.06.2008. I bought the connection for Internet Browsing café.

On 27th June, I found that the connection is not working and raised a complaint.
When I call the customer care, they say that there is some cable faults issue and they don’t promise on any date by which they can fix the issue. That the day was Friday . Always I contact the representative who has booking the connection and he told within one hour solved the problem. But the connection activated only on Monday. My business effected three days.

Every month I face these problems. Please check my usage chart on every month. This is very worst service from TATA Broadband. This worst service is effect on my business. Who is responsible for this?
We were working on morning 8:00 am to midnight 12 pm. But your usage chart shows that even after my working hours as used the broadband connection, how is it possible ?

Your Customer care is a more formality it seems, as when I complain you only gave a complaint number but they are not solved properly, where as temporally you given me only options but not solved any of the problem. Customer care number is on hold continually. If the phone is connect after waiting 6 minutes the customer care executives disconnect the phones.
In September month there was continues disconnection and your technicians did not answered our complaints where as they simply said there is no power, problem in UPS Backup, where as this your internal problem. Our concern is the inept net connections. Everyday the connection disconnected. How can I run my business?
The customer care executives with zero knowledge and lackluster responses .This is a nightmare & a worst Service from TATA Indicom Broadband so for. They tell this is postpaid connection but they charge as prepaid connections they get advance every month. But service wise zero.
Despite our frequent complaints none of your engineers or technicians visited our premises. None of your personals visited our cyber café and responded to our queries so for. This is funny for such a corporate company to act in this competitive market.
At this stage I am forced to cancel my broadband connections.

internet cafe — Status of Passport on website is not updated
Dear Sir,I have already mailed you before about the status of my passport with file no. Z663190 & key No. [protected].
I have submitted the application on 5th of August 08. Police enquery has been done. But when I visited your website to confirm the status of my passport the massage displayed is File "Reference Number (CHD-Z[protected] is either wrong or Information NOT available".
Kindly confirm the status of my passport application ASAP.
