[Resolved]  Jay Pee Greens AMAN Allotment — Fraud by Jay Pee Greens AMAN -Allotemt case

Alarm Bell! Now if you want your refund, it may go to the broker-New Fraud from Jay Pee. In many cases they have entered the name s of the Broker Rahul Sharma from Better Option- A fake dealer working in coordination with the Employees of Jay Pee Greens AMAN. He gave his mobile no. as [protected] and now it stands disconnected. If you demand refund it will go to the Rahul Sharma.
Beware, Take action Immediately.

It is pre planned fraud. All are requested to expose it through media channels. CBI must investigate it as it is publicfraud by one of the big business house. It is fraud involving crores of rupees. It is another gimmick to trap the buyers in Project Kosmos. No prject of Jay Pee shall complete in time, it seems. They have proved total unethical, unfair, dishonest and fraudulent.. Rate of AMAN Rs.2100/- but rate of Kosmos @2675. It is Rs.575/ sq ft higher.
Total cost of Flat in Aman Rs.21, 00, 000 but in Kosmos 30, 00, 000 i.e Rs. 9, 00, 000 higher. Beware donot fall in their trap take the refund and expose this fraud
They have sold 2800 flats at high premium. Now they are holding your money without your consent. They have a plan to trap those tightly whose money is held with them. They are luring to sell KOSMOS Project @ 2975/2675 rupees/sq feet. They say it is a discounted price @ Rs. 300/ft. But infact it is rupees 575/ per sq ft more than earlier draw.
It is another trap thrown. Amazing to know that Broker is selling @ Rs.2500 per Sq ft. The company Jay Pee selling it at the rate of 2975/2675 rupees per sq ft.

Get united take refund.Beware of such unethical/dishonest/unfair/fradulent business tycoons.Their projects will never complete.
I along with other three colleagues booked the flat @ Rs.2100/--with confirm booking by the broker on 26/5/2009 He gave a refund cheque of discount for Rs. 53, 000/- asking us to pay 30% of the BSP by 30/9/2009 Later in the records in place of my name the name of the broker has been entered wrongly.
All earlier bookings which were at lower rates have been resold on premiums by the brokers and the Builder without our consent and knowledge.Hence it is a fraud. Crores of Rupees have been earned by the builder and the broker through this premium sale.
All are requested to expose this fraud though media too.
Every one is requested to expose this fraud against the Public. CBI, MRTP agencies including media, Government and honourable Chief Minister o[censored].P, the Real Estate Regulator and Ministry o[censored]rban affairs must take urgent action in this regard and all those involved in this scam including Builder and the Brokers must be severely Punished before the Law.
Is this country a freee land for doing scams and frauds with no fear of law at all.
I booked a Flat on 26/5/2009. It was told by the broker that it is first cum first basis booking. Later most of the flats booked, it seems have been resold on premium by the Brokers and drama of draw has been played to confuse those who booked the flats. It is a pre planned scam jointly played by the Brokers and te Jay Pee Greens.
It also gets more cleared by the fact that on second day of the booking Jay gave an ad in the newpaper that they have received 3300 bookings and so the bookings are closed. Later in the draw now list contains the names of 6600 people.
it is a well planned scam and completely cheating and fraud case involving Crores of Rupees and Public interest. Must be investigated by CBI.
My brother and me have given the booking amount via same cheque and they have included only one name in draw as they are telling that there was only one cheque number. I will go to consumer court to get compen sated for fraud
jaypee green aman is a serious fraud committed by a previously well reputed company. Allotment letters has still not given ( as on[protected].
Previously, as told by jaypee authorities[protected] flat were proposed, but at the time of launch the number was increased to 3300.
Also, at time of launch of the project, all the necessary governmental approvals were not with the Jaypee infratech (which are mandatory), so, till date no construction work has been started at the project site (even after 8 months of launch.
There are some fresh news that they are planning to increase the no. of flats to upto 6000 in that 70 acre plot (which is illegal)
i have booked a flat at jaypee aman. Till now i have not received any allotment letter from the company even after 8 months of launch.
i agree with rohit sharma completely, that jaypee green aman was a biggest mistake committed by me and many others.
Jaypee is in every ways a fradulent entity and we should stay away from its projects, which they are launching nearly every week.
We should be carefull, how they are getting so much of resources to launch so many projects.(Though they have not completed a single project in Jaypee greens).
Are they transferring money earned from registration to some other projects (Yamuna and Taj Expressways)
I have got the allotment letter for one, it is really value for money for all the features given below.
