[Resolved]  jovi tronix — LCD Screen Defect

I had purchased HTC HD2 from jovi tronix(sole agent in egypt Cairo in August 2010. but since that day I have been feeling guilty about my decision .....From the time that I bought the phone HD2 I have a problem..... when I visit the Service Centre I was informed by one of the employees that my phone had Virus and needs to be cleaned .. .after receiving my phone the service guy told me There is a defect in the screen returns to the industry, it is possible to repair the defect in warranty....Five days later I contact to the Service Center, told me that there is liquid behind screen ...I told them that the defect in the screen is not a liquid, it is impossible that there is liquid in the middle of the screen...I asked the Phone number of Director complaints and surprised that the owner of the company and director of the Department and Director of complainant is the same person .. I was given no . [protected] ...Named Mr Vicky...And I told him that what happens is as crimes of fraud.....Since my phone There is no complaint of a liquid by phone ..... he told me that all the help he can get me a discount from the parent company in Taiwan....Although I refuse to fool with the business owner ....Because when I deliver my Telephone to service center Informed by the service guy There is a defect in the screen returns to the industry ....Now do I inform you that I Hints for fraud.....Please check the complaint my mobile number is [protected]

I HAVE BOUGHT IN 2010 AUGUST ........ AND TODAY WE ARE OCTOBER THATS MEANS ONLY TWO MONTHS ....... SO MY PROBLEMS IS THAT I BOUGHT HTC HD2 FROM JOVI TRONIX CAIRO EGYPT ....AND EVERY TWO DAYS I HAVE PROBLEM AND UNFORTUANTELY THEY CAN NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM THEY ALWAYS COME UP WITH A NEW PROBLEM INSTEAD OF GIVING ME A NEW PHONE EVEN SOMETHING CHEAPEER I WOULD BE VERY HAPPY BUT WHAT THEY DO THEY ASK FOR MORE MONEY EVERY TIME WHEN THEY SEE MY FACE ..... LAST TIME WHICH WAS A WEEK AGO THEY HAD CHANGED THE SCREEN AND TOOK 1000 L.E EQUIVALENT TO USD 175 . .... AND MY PHONE IS UNDER GURANTEE ..... I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHO IS IN CHARGE TO TALK TO BECAUSE I AM FEED UP OF GOING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY TWO DAYS .... I WAS IN THERE OFFICE TODAY AGAIN BECAUSE MY PHONE IS GETTING VERY HOT WHEN I AM USING IT ....THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY HAVE TO CHANGE THE MOTHER BOARD .................... FOR THE FORTH TIME I HAVE TAKEN MY HTC HD2 TO AGENT IN CAIRO AFTER CHANGING MOTHER BOARD PLUS TOUCH SCREEN NOW THE NEW PROBLEM IS IT RESTART BY ITSELF .... AFTER RECEIVING THE PHONE IT DID NOT EVEN PASS AN HOUR STARTED THE PROBLEMS AGAIN ..... I JUST DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO ?????/ I FEEL CHEATED AND VERY DOWN ... AFTER ALL THIS PROBLEMS THEY ARE NOT EVEN GIVING ME ANOTHER PHONE TO USE IT AND THIS PHONE IS STILL UNDER GARRANTE .....WHY THE MOTHER COMPANY IS NOT EVEN DOING ANYTHING I HAVE WROTE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS ....WHERE ARE THE RESPONSIBLE PERSONAL OF THE MOTHER COMPANY IN TAIWAN
