[Resolved] Kaspersky Internet Security — No response
I have purchase a kaspersky internet security on 8th june, 2009. I opened it and when i was scratch the key paper i lost two characters from it. i requsted kaspersky support team to give me those characters by providing sufficiend information, but they did not help me and told me to send a copy off bill.
i also sent that copy to them and also give my address to them, thus i satisfied all the requirements of them but still they are not supporting me and not giving me my 16 characters key. i already have 14 charecters i just need two more which i lost.
hope that you will kindly help me to get my key back and also satisfy one of the indian consumer.
