Kensington Rooms Courtfield Gardens — I got appointment from this hotel

I got appointment letter from this company to work in their organization. I am just confused what to do, as for security reason I want to know whether it is good to take further follow up with this company or I take back up for the same, if it is safe then I request you to help me out in this.
Avi, This is fraud. Telephone numbers doesnt match. Any no company will charge you for visa. They may also send you a visa copy on your name but its fake. These are the people from some country from Africa. Before they were giving job offers in Canada. Be careful dont fall into the trap.
I have received an invitation to contact these people about employment with them.
I believe it to be a scam, being run off recruitment website information, preying on the unsuspecting, sometimes desperate attempts to find a job.
These people are despicable in my view and should be hunted down for cruelty, apart from fraudulent activity.
I have to say the Hotel is probably totally oblivious to these goings on. I have tried to track them but they have no website, apparently.

I too got two like these offers and I am in the same state as you are now. But I refused the offer and sent complete information to british police for taking acting but they give only there mobile numbers in letter head no office telephones are used and also the address one alphabet is changed to support their fraud so that if you mail the original company they will be in problem so they change one alphabet in their address others all same if you mail it will go into british dustbin so they are safe, so take care dont fell in their trap.

i was offered the post of Sales and marketing manager and advised to contact M/S Rahman law chambers for some certificate from London crown court
These guys are using African sim cards and are operating from the same place you belong from, they pik up your resume from the sites, especially if you are linked with any job sites.
I would rather suggest you if you receive more then one offer at one time and please check the telephone numbers and the urls/ email address these are some of the ways that you can identify these dumasses.

Job hunters - SCAMMing people of their money is a part of their job - don't fall for these tricks. Report to the police and hopefully they will stop preying on the vulnerable.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT is made among KENSINGTON ROOM COURT FIELD GARDENS HOTEL UK.

ARTICLE 1: CONTRACT PERIOD
The contract period shall last for duration of 36 consecutive months; 3 years and could be renewed only if employer is satisfied with employee's services. This will be effective from 15th August, 2009.At the end of this period, the both parties may agree for the extension of the contract. In case of termination of the contract in advance both parties agreed for.
KENSINGTON ROOM COURTFIELD GARDENS HOTEL UK must give 2 weeks notice of termination in writing.
The KENSINGTON ROOM COURTFIELD GARDENS HOTEL UK must give the Employee 4 weeks notice if the service is no longer required. Should the employer terminate the agreement, Employer agrees to pay all wages up to and including employee’s last day of work.
ARTICLE 2: FEES FOR SERVICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENTS
2.1 Employer shall pay Employees on satisfactory performance of the services the sum of GBP 5, 920.00 (Five Thousand Nine Hundred And Twenty Pounds) monthly/take-home (After tax), US Dollars or Euros equivalent depending on home country and currency preference.
2.2 Organization shall pay for services rendered by employee by Cheque presented on a monthly basis at the rate stated therein
2.3 Payments o[censored]ndisputed invoices will be made by SPC to the employee monthly.

ARTICLE 3: FORCE MAJORED
3.1 Not withstanding any thing herein stated, neither party should be considered in default in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement as a result of Force Majored.
The term "Force Majored" shall include but not limited to Act of God, War, Nation wide strike, Lockout, Riot and Civil commotion. A strike or Lockout embarked upon by only the personnel shall not be deemed to be included in this term.
3.2 If an interruption of work occurs as a result of "Force Majored" for up to seven (7) days, 70% of the basic daily fees shall be paid as standby.
However, if such suspension results in Employee not being able to perform its duties for more than seven (7) days, KENSINGTON ROOM COURT FIELD GARDENS HOTEL UK will not have any other option than to terminate the contract.
KENSINGTON ROOM COURT FIELD GARDENS HOTEL shall may at its option elect to continue the implementation of this Agreement at adjusted standby rates to be negotiated or to terminate the contract.

WORKING HOURS/ DAYS OFF/ PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
Working hours - 6 hours (including meal time)
Working time - 10 AM - 4 PM
Working days - Monday – Friday.

ARTICLE 4: REIMBURSEMENT POLICY OF YOUR
ADVANCE SALARY

The Affidavit of Guarantee and support procurement charges to the court
Probate will be paid by the employee to prove that on no account should



He/she abandon their job responsibilities prior to their arrival to London, as this is in line with the British worker's Registration scheme. Whatever expenses you incurred in the process of acquiring the Affidavit of
Guarantee and Support charges will be reimburse back to you after 5
working days of confirming the original copy from the British Crown Court,
as this is a MUST do exercise as the employee of Labour.

You will be required to provide your account information for the payment of
your 2 months advance salary upon the confirmation of your traveling papers from British Home Office.

Me and my friends also got these email and attached documents and after a research on it found that is it is totally froud froud froud. Because no one company sending you appointment letter from other domain and without interview when they pay you a huge money. so beware of them and sent these email to junk and then delete them.
