[Resolved] Maruti swift - service complaint — Undue delay no care and improper reply from CARS india chennai
My car number TN20BY2766 was taken for service on Monday the 1st December 08 by CARS india - the authorised service station of Maruti.
I was willing to pay the money for the repair.
But I was told by the CARS india personnel to go in for insurance - so that car can be delivered on 4th.
Accordingly the insurance formalities was complted on wednesday 3rd december. Unfortunately they came up saying that power steering was damaged due to rain and some other board- which they will fix on thrusday and deliver it on Thursday evening ie on 4th.
From that till today ie 12th there were various reasons told and till date the car is not delivered.
Talking to personnel from service engineer, service manager was not taken seriously by CARS india Ambattur personnel.
