[Resolved]  MCAFEE anti-virus small business edition — POOR SUPPORT FROM MCAFEE ANTI-VIRUS & SUPERSOFT, MUMBAI

No joy with previous mails / interaction. We are again having problem re-loading Mcafee on a PC which had crashed. We do not have access to internet.

The old product key is 9D25-F198-C973-D4AG. The grant numer of our product is MCAF[protected]

Find attached a scanned copy of invoice (proof of purchase) with this email for your further necessary action. Due to installation problems the edition could finally get installed only in end Dec 08.

We iterate the issue of installation problem of the mcafee antivirus small business edition on PCs which are not connected to the internet.

We are unabe to re-install the antivirus on a crashed PC and request assistance for the same. Also we would like to know if installation on a crashed PC is considered a fresh installation or an existing installation.
