[Resolved]  Miracle Credit Card — CHEATING IN THE FORM OF CREDIT CARD

Dear Sir,
I am having Centurian bank Miracle credit card for the last three years. I got my bill only for the first three months. After that the bank never sent me the bill. Every month sombody from the collection agency will call me and use abuse words to pay the bill. Every time I used to ask them the bill and they never turned back to me with the bill. Six months back my bil was about 12, 000Rs and that time when the people from the bank called, I told them that I dont need the card any more. They told me that they will close the card and will tell me the final amount. But they never told me the final amount nor they given me the bill till now. Six months back My amount was Rs 12, 000 and every month I used to pay either 1000Rs or 2000Rs.But now they are telling that I have to pay Rs, 21, 000. I am having ICICI credit card also. They are very neat and clear people. In my enire life I never come across such a situation.

now daily I am calling to ICICI Trivandrum Credit card Branch for the settlement amount. I was talking with The credit card supervisor Mr. Jayakumar. Now he is not at all picking my call. He have told his collegues to tell that if I am calling tell her that jayakumar is not in office.
So such a cheating and fraud centurian bank is doing.

I need a solution for my problem. My credit card number is [protected]. I am not going to pay Rs.21, 000. I will pay only the amount which I have used.

miracle credit card — Unauthorised Debit of INR 5623.39

Hi... My name is Vimal Zaveri & I am holding Miracle Credit Card (No. [protected]) issued by Centurian Bank Of Punjab in association with ICICI Bank. I have shifted from Mumbai to Mysore on 15th of september 2007. Before shifting to Mysore I had issued a Cheque favoring Miracle Card for a sum of Rs. 5425/- towards the statement dated Sep 03, 2007 & dropped the same at Skypak Drop Box at Amar Automobile (Kings Circle). Due to some reasons the check was misplaced & in my October Statement I was charged Late Payment + Interest Charges. When I called up Customer Care & infomred them about the cheque details which I had dropped prior to shifting Mysore, they suggested me to stop the cheque which was dropped in the Skypak drop box & asked me to issue a fresh cheque of amount 5425/- (after deducting the late payment & interest charges) & drop the same again at skypak drop box which I immediately instructed to my brother in Mumbai. Suddenly after a year's time I observed a sum of Rs. 5623.39 got debited from my ICICI Bank Savings Account towards the same card. When I called up ICICI bank customer care they informed me to speak to CBOP-Miracle Card Customer Care. When I called them up they informed me as I had not paid the total amount due in the month of october 2007 they kept on levying additional interest & late payment charges to my card & finally after waiting for a year's time they have debited my account with the said amount. When I clarified them about actual details pertaining to my payment & shifting from Mumbai to Mysore they provided me with Collection Officer's no of Bangalore & Mangalore division which I tried to call up several times but were unanswered. I request both Centurian Bank Of Punjab & ICICI Bank to look into the matter & resolve the issue ASAP to credit my account back with the said amount.

miracle credit card — closing credit card

I, ritesh choudhary, have been used your credit card from july, 2007 .My card No. is [protected]. Now, I want to close the card after giving any dues to my card.
So, i need the details about that card, e.g. statements from the very beginning to till date & other records which has lost from my office.

miracle — bills

I am not getting my bills since 6(six) months...kindly see to it in urgent basis.
