[Resolved]  Mron / External TV Tuner card — Service centre deny for repairing part

Dear Sir/ Madam

I purchased TV tuner card befor 3-4 month, on 1st Dec 2008 found its not working went on service centre they denied to repair the parts, they told me that chips & circuit burnt from internal side, they were saying to pay 1200Rs. for repairing. I told them your product is under warranty and please repair it but they deny to repair it.
