dear sir,
on 11/06/10, i did puchased an ice cream soda of company M/s.naik brother selling under brand name ACE sip (the real fresner). i bought it from new ideal restaurants & bar situated opp. august kranti maidan, gaondevi, mumbai 400 007.
the printing of manufacturing was stamped as jun 2010 but, after having probably half of the drink; i came to know that the original manufacturing date was jan 2008 having expiry of 4 months later. this was hidden by a black marker but was easily readable when focused upon. further, when i cleared the bottom of the bottle from outside i was shocked seeing that there was white coloured particles inside the whole bottle proving that it was contaminated yet sold by the manufactured as well as the dealer.
i gave a small sip to my 15 months old son who was pulling the bottle to drink it, but what i see the next day was further terrifying as his whole body had rashes (red coloured patches) on his body.
i request to the concerned department to cancel the license of the company ane take necessary steps against them, so that such people cannot play with other peoples health as was in my case. even check the whole stock of the company so that the proof could be more strong, if we find more contaminated drinks.
i am having the photos and videos proving the act and also the part of the contaminated drinks for testing purposes.
i know that in a country like india where there's so much of corruption going on, there might be, that no action could be taken on such companies, but its my heartiest request that atleast when it comes to the health of the society, the steps should be harsh on the mfg. co's.

had a talk to the asst. comm. fda mr. s.s. deshmukh, gave him the samples of the drink on 18th june 2010
was told to get the test done in 12 to 15 days but as expected from the govt. dept. they are busy in eveything other than their work.
its been one month now but they don't care about the health of the consumers.
now i know that why people in india neglect to such things cause we know that the results come only after once people are succumed to death.
