[Resolved]  Nilesh Gandhi — Mobile

Dear Sir

I Have Purchased a mobile phone of sony ericsson (Sony W580i) from Your authorized Shop located at Dewas M.P. Bill No. MP/1571/00001/0477 Dated 16.03.08

After 7 days of purchasing my instrument is not working. But after some time my instrument is working properly.

After one month I have faced the new problem the instrument is totally dead. Then I went to your mobile store. The persons who are working at your store are misbehave with us and said we are not responsible for any thing.

My all contact no. and important data in my instrument. After all matter I want to replace my instrument immediately with my data and contact no. otherwise I will take some legal actions.

The mobile company not respond on my complaint as on date.
