[Resolved] PL WORLDWAYS LTD — billing and embaressing
We have a corporate connection with Vodafone right from the begining of the launching of mobile phones in India. It was a corporate connection of BPL...leter hutch and now Vodafone.
Please note that our accounts dept had NEVER delayed any Payments due to you. It seems there is an error occured from your accounts dept by entering the paid amount double..It was happened lond time before MARCH 2008 and some how they have found the mistake.
Instead of clarifying or raising the actual bills or sort the matter with our accounts, Vodafone people simply cuts my line without
any information. IT IS REALLY AN EMBARRESMENT! It happens aften... Please advice your office to stop this embaressment.
Hope you will do the needful and expecting a favourable immediate reply.
